Support for 30 people (20K, 10M) aged 18-64, the risk of poverty or social exclusion, including unemployment, where the use of only labour market instruments and services (R.P) is insufficient and there is a need to apply in the first place active social integration services living in the municipalities covered by the project; uninhabited on the ter. MOF Olsztyna and MOF Ełku, Increase of socio-professional competences among 30 people aged 18-64 with low qualifications, including persons unemployed, who are residents of the county covered by the support during the period of the project, which will improve employability. The implementation of the pr. will contribute to the specific objective of the ROP-WWM, thanks to the organisation of forms of social and professional support. Participation in the life of the local community and performing ethical roles in the workplace, dwelling or staying (reintegration of the community) and rebuilding and maintaining the ability to work independently in the Republic of Poland (reintegration of occupation.) and preventing the processes of poverty, marginalisation and exclusion. families and environments at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be based on a path of reintegration, created individually for each person, family, environment at risk of poverty or social exclusion, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, resources, potential, predispositions, needs.
