Objective of the project: Increasing the possibility of returning to the labour market of at least 25 parents/guardians (24K, 1M) from the Ełt sub-region providing care for children up to the age of 3, including 10 % of persons with disabilities (ON) and 40 % of rural areas (DEGURBA 3) during the period from 01.09.2022 to 30.09.2023 by financing the costs of day-to-day childcare services (i.e. covering the costs of the child’s stay in the nursery, children’s club, day care provider or nanny’s wages) incurred by carers of children up to 3 years old and the activation of occupational and inactive children 3. Tasks: Financing the costs of day-to-day childcare services and professional activation of unemployed and inactive carers of children up to 3 years old. Target group: The project is aimed at 25 people (including 24 K and 1 M), residents of the Ełce subregion of parents/legal guardians with childcare functions up to 3 years old — returning to the labour market after a break related to the birth or upbringing of children (who are on maternity, parental or parental leave) and parents/legal guardians carrying out caring functions for children up to 3 years old who are unemployed (employed/inactive) planning to return to the labour market. Effects of the project: 1) Enable a return to the labour market for 25 parents after a break related to the birth/education of a child by providing institutional nursery care for their children. 2) Enabling 10 unemployed or inactive parents with support in the form of professional activation activities. Cel projektu: Zwiększenie możliwości powrotu na rynek pracy min. 25 rodziców/opiekunów (24K, 1M) z terenu subregionu ełckiego sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym 10% os. z niepełnosprawnością (ON) i 40% os. zamieszkujące obszary wiejskie (DEGURBA 3) w okresie od 01.09.2022 do 30.09.2023 poprzez sfinansowanie kosztów usług bieżącej opieki nad dziećmi (tj. pokrycie kosztów opłat za pobyt dziecka w żłobku, klubie dziecięcym, u dziennego opiekuna lub pokrycie kosztów wynagrodzenia niani) ponoszonych przez opiekunów dzieci do lat 3 oraz aktywizację zawodową bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo opiekunów dzieci do lat 3. Zadania: Sfinansowanie kosztów usług bieżącej opieki nad dziećmi oraz aktywizacja zawodowa bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo opiekunów dzieci do lat 3. Grupa docelowa: Projekt skierowany jest do 25 osób (w tym 24 K i 1 M), mieszkańców subregionu ełckiego rodziców/opiekunów prawnych pełniących funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 – powracających na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem lub wychowaniem dzieci (przebywających na urlopie macierzyńskim, rodzicielskim lub wychowawczym) oraz rodziców/opiekunów prawnych pełniących funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych/nieaktywnych zawodowo) planujących powrót na rynek pracy. Efekty projektu: 1) Umożliwienie powrotu na rynek pracy 25 rodzicom po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka dzięki zapewnieniu instytucjonalnej opieki żłobkowej dla ich dzieci. 2) Umożliwienie aktywizacji zawodowej 10 rodzicom bezrobotnym lub biernym zawodowo dzięki wsparciu w postaci działań aktywizacji zawodowej.
