The main objective (CG) of the project is to reduce the social exclusion of 40 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in the municipality of Przeworsk in the period 1.08.2022-31.12.2023 by creating 40 new social and occupational reintegration sites within the existing CIS. The goal will be achieved through participation in the above-mentioned persons in the recreational, economic and animation workshop, catering and tailoring workshop, as well as support of professional counselor, psychologist and social worker. Achieving the headline target will help to alleviate barriers that lead to remoteness from the labour market of the above-mentioned people. The main tasks: Recruitment UP — conducting interviews with potential UPs examining their predispositions to participate in the CIS Social Reintegration of project participants: Reintegration into social reintegration. 40 pers. by: development of 40 Individual Social Employment Programmes (Social Employment Programmes) — Support: psychologist, social worker, legal counsel/professional reintegration of project participants: Taking over the professional reintegration of 40 persons through participation in professional skills workshops: recreational, economic and animation workshop, catering workshop, tailor’s workshop, support of the profession instructor, professional counsellors, vocational courses together with an external examination confirming professional qualifications for 15 UP Participants/P will be provided with: ● OC + NNW insurance during the period of participation in the project ● incentive integration bonus (for some people) ● Occupational health and safety training ● occupational medicine studies ● sets of cleaning products ● set of protective clothing summer and winter + protective footwear + gloves ● daily meals Results, among others: ● min. 23 UP jobseekers after leaving the project ● min. 8 UP working after leaving the project, including min. 1 person disabled ● min. 13 UP will acquire professional qualifications ● min. 31 persons will make progress in the process of social-employment activation and reduce the distance to employment (English)

    Celem głównym (CG) projektu jest zmniejszenie wykluczenia społecznego 40 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., zamieszkujących na terenie gminy Przeworsk w okresie 1.08.2022-31.12.2023r. poprzez utworzenie 40 nowych miejsc reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej w ramach istniejącego CIS. Cel zostanie osiagnięty poprzez uczestnictwo w/w osób w warsztacie rekreacyjno-gospodarczo-animacyjnym, gastronomicznym i pracowni krawieckiej oraz wsparcie doradcy zawodowego, psychologa i pracownika socjalnego. Osiągniecie celu głównego przyczyni się do łagodzenia barier powodujących oddalenie od rynku pracy ww. osób. Główne zadania: Rekrutacja UP - przeprowadzenie rozmów z potencjalnymi UP badających ich predyspozycje do udziału w CIS Reintegracja społeczna uczestników projektu: ○ objęcie reintegracją społ. 40 os. poprzez: opracowanie 40 Indywidualnych Programów Zatrudnienia Socjalnego ○ wsparcie: psychologa, pracownika socjalnego, radcy prawnego/adwokata Reintegracja zawodowa uczestników projektu: ○ objęcie reintegracją zawodową 40 os. poprzez udział w warsztatach umiejętności zawodowych: warsztat rekreacyjno-gospodarczo-animacyjnym, warsztat gastronomiczny, pracownia krawiecka ○ wsparcie instruktora zawodu, doradcy zawodowego ○ kursy zawodowe wraz z egzaminem zewnętrznym potwierdzającym kwalifikacje zawodowe dla 15 UP Uczestnikom/-czkom P zostaną zapewnione: ● ubezpieczenie OC + NNW w okresie uczestnictwa w projekcie ● motywacyjna premia integracyjna (dla części osób) ● szkolenie BHP wstępne i okresowe ● badania z zakresu medycyny pracy ● zestawy środków czystości ● komplet odzieży ochronnej letni i zimowy + obuwie ochronne + rękawice ● codzienne posiłki Rezultaty, m.in.: ● min. 23 UP poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu projektu ● min. 8 UP pracujących po opuszczeniu projektu, w tym min. 1 os. niepełnosprawna ● min. 13 UP nabędzie kwalifikacje zawodowe ● min. 31 os. dokona postępu w procesie aktywizacji społ.-zatrudnieniowej i zmniejszy dystans do zatrudn (Polish)
