The subject of the investment is to secure the continuity of business activity during the epidemic and introduce changes affecting the building of the resilience of Deseo Paweł Tkacz to future crises through the purchase of fixed assets and IT systems. The main objective of the project is to change the main processes in the company to those that will allow the activity to be resilient to future unfavourable situations related to the pandemic and crisis situation, the Applicant will introduce to the offer new services in the form of rental services “mobile houses” and new distribution and promotion channels and will automate the commercial process by creating an online platform. Currently, the Applicant offers to rent apartments or rooms in a long or short-term mode. Thanks to the purchase of modern fixed assets and the use of the online platform, the Applicant will effectively adapt its business model and its effective functioning in a state of pandemic. The implementation of the project will increase the company’s competitiveness and maintain financial liquidity also in crisis situations of destabilisation of the real estate and tourism industry. Target location of mobile homes:Tolkmicko, ul. Maritime 13, the plot is the property of the Applicant. The investment shall include the following tasks: Purchase of fixed and intangible assets: — purchase of mobile houses up to 50 m² — 3 pcs., — purchase of online platform — 1 pc. The implementation of the tasks of the entire investment project will take place from Q4. 2022 to the third quarter of 2023 The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 due to the planned strengthening of the competitiveness of a company belonging to the SME category and the development of entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic use of new ideas in the field of changing the way of providing services and adapting distribution to new internal and external conditions of the company (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem inwestycji jest zabezpieczenie ciągłości działalności gospodarczej w okresie epidemii oraz wprowadzenie zmian wpływających na budowanie odporności firmy Deseo Paweł Tkacz na przyszłe kryzysy poprzez zakup środków trwałych oraz systemów informatycznych. Głównym celem projektu jest zmiana głównych procesów w firmie na takie, które pozwolą uodpornić prowadzoną działalność na przyszłe niekorzystne sytuacje losowe związane z sytuacją pandemiczną i kryzysową, Wnioskodawca wprowadzi do oferty nowe usług w postaci usługi wynajmu „domków mobilnych” oraz nowe kanały dystrybucji oraz promocji a także zautomatyzuje proces handlowy dzięki stworzeniu platformy internetowej. Obecnie Wnioskodawca oferuje wynajem mieszkań lub pokoi w trybie długo lub krótkoterminowym. Dzięki zakupowi nowoczesnych środków trwałych oraz dzięki zastosowaniu platformy internetowej Wnioskodawca skutecznie dostosuje swój model działalności i jej skuteczne funkcjonowanie w stanie pandemii. Realizacja projektu pozwoli zwiększyć firmie konkurencyjność i zachować płynność finansową także w kryzysowych sytuacjach destabilizacji branży najmu nieruchomości i branży turystycznej. Lokalizacja docelowa domków mobilnych:Tolkmicko, ul. Morska 13, działka stanowi własność Wnioskodawcy. Inwestycja obejmuje następujące zadania: Zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych: - zakup mobilnych domków do 50m2 – 3 szt., - zakup platformy internetowej – 1 szt. Realizacja zadań całego projektu inwestycyjnego nastąpi od IV kw. 2022r. do III kwartał 2023 Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 z uwagi na zakładane wzmocnienie konkurencyjności firmy należącej do kategorii MŚP oraz rozwój przedsiębiorczości, w szczególności poprzez ułatwianie gospodarczego wykorzystywania nowych pomysłów w zakresie zmiany sposobu świadczenia usług i dostosowanie dystrybucji do nowych uwarunkowań wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych przedsiębiorstwa (Polish)
