The project assumes the replacement of 28 non-organic heat sources operating on solid fuels, i.e. mainly coal with modern, automatic biomass boilers with characteristics compliant with the Ecodesign directive, together with the adaptation of internal installations to work with new heat sources in residential buildings in the Rytro Commune. Thermomodernisation works in 3 buildings are also planned, in the scope resulting from energy assessments of buildings. There is no centralised district heating system in the municipality, therefore no connection to the district heating network is planned. As part of the project, the Applicant also plans to implement activities related to environmental education among the local community. Educational meetings and ecological competitions and demonstrations will be organised in educational institutions related to the saving of natural resources, including fuels and energy, improvement of energy efficiency, reduction of low pollutant emissions, care for public health, etc. The main objective of these activities will be to promote ecological attitudes and increase environmental awareness of the inhabitants of the municipality and increase knowledge in the field of eco-energy and environmental protection towards a smooth transition to a low-carbon economy. The implementation of this project results directly from the provisions of the POP for the Małopolskie Voivodeship, the anti-smog resolution and the PGN for Rytro Municipality Measures 2.2.1, 2.3.1 and 7.1.1. As a result of the project, the following ecological effect has been achieved. reduction of greenhouse gas emissions: 100 reduction of PM10 emissions: 95.60 reduction of PM2.5 emissions: 89,55 (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotowy projekt zakłada się wymianę 28 nieekologicznych źródeł ciepła pracujących na paliwach stałych, tj. głównie węglu kamiennym na nowoczesne, automatyczne kotły biomasowe o charakterystyce zgodnej z dyrektywą Ecodesign wraz z przystosowaniem instalacji wewnętrznych co i cwu do pracy z nowymi źródłami ciepła w budynkach mieszkalnych na terenie Gminy Rytro. Planuje się również prace termomodernizacyjne w 3 budynkach, w zakresie wynikającym z ocen energetycznych budynków. Na terenie gminy nie funkcjonuje scentralizowany system ciepłowniczy, dlatego nie planuje się podłączeń do sieci ciepłowniczej. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca planuje również realizację działania związane z edukacją ekologiczną wśród lokalnej społeczności. Zorganizowane będą spotkania edukacyjne oraz konkursy i pokazy ekologiczne w placówkach oświatowych o tematyce związanej z oszczędnością zasobów naturalnych w tym paliw i energii, poprawą efektywności energetycznej, redukcją niskiej emisji zanieczyszczeń, dbałością o zdrowie publiczne, etc.Głównym celem tych działań te będzie promowanie postaw ekologicznych oraz wzrost świadomości ekologicznej mieszkańców gminy oraz podniesienie wiedzy z zakresu ekoenergetyki i ochrony środowiska w kierunku sprawnego przechodzenia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjnąPonadto funkcjonować będzie system kontroli wymiany i eksploatacji zainstalowanych źródeł ciepła, umożliwiający weryfikację poprawności realizowanych inwestycji oraz potwierdzenie zgodności z zapisami umów o dofinansowanie. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu wynika bezpośrednio z zapisów POP dla województwa małopolskiego, uchwały antysmogowej oraz PGN dla Gminy Rytro Działanie 2.2.1, 2.3.1 i 7.1.1. W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięty następujący efekt ekologiczny. redukcja emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 100 redukcja emisji PM10: 95,60 redukcja emisji PM2,5: 89,55 (Polish)
