SA 42799(2015/X) The subject of the project is the purchase of a research service consisting of the development of a prototype UVC luminaire intended for disinfection of premises. The luminaire is to meet the requirements of EU directives and standards. Documentation should be developed to make prototypes of UVC luminaire elements. Type tests and measurements of photometric and electrical parameters (including photometric files) will be carried out. The performance of the developed luminaire model will be determined. A dedicated control system will be developed to detect the presence of humans or animals, protect against work in the presence of humans or animals, should have a module informing about the readiness to conduct disinfection. In addition, it is necessary to: — working time signaling (allowing to determine whether disinfection was effective), — measuring the working time of the light source — determining the effective operating time, — creating a disinfection report. Thanks to these actions, a prototype of an innovative product implemented in the Applicant’s company will be created. The company Nowator is a manufacturer of luminaires. Product innovation will serve to expand the applicant’s assortment, expand outlets and ultimately increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the company’s production. The proposal is a response to the needs of the market in times of pandemic and the result of the conceptual work of the company’s engineers. Due to the technological challenges described above, it is necessary to obtain research services in a unit with research potential. (English) | |||||||||||||||

SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi badawczej polegającej na opracowaniu prototypu oprawy UVC przeznaczonej do dezynfekcji pomieszczeń. Oprawa ma spełniać wymagania dyrektyw i norm UE. Opracowana powinna być dokumentacja umożliwiająca wykonanie prototypów elementów oprawy UVC. Przeprowadzone będą badania typu oraz wykonane pomiary parametrów fotometrycznych i elektrycznych (w tym również plików fotometrycznych). Wyznaczona będzie skuteczność działania opracowanego modelu oprawy. Opracowany zostanie dedykowany system sterowania umożliwiający wykrycie obecności ludzi lub zwierząt, zabezpieczenie przed pracą w obecności ludzi lub zwierząt, powinna posiadać moduł informujący o gotowości do prowadzenia dezynfekcji. Ponadto niezbędne są: - sygnalizacja czasu pracy (pozwalająca stwierdzić czy dezynfekcja była skuteczna), - pomiar czasu pracy źródła światła – określający efektywny czas eksploatacji, - tworzenie raportu z dezynfekcji. Dzięki tym działaniom powstanie prototyp innowacyjnego produktu wdrożonego do produkcji w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy. Firma Nowator jest producentem opraw oświetleniowych. Innowacja produktowa służyć będzie rozszerzeniu asortymentu wnioskodawcy, poszerzeniu rynków zbytu i docelowo wzrostowi konkurencyjności i efektywności produkcji firmy. Wniosek jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby rynku w czasach pandemii i efektem prac koncepcyjnych inżynierów firmy. Ze względu na wyzwania technologiczne opisane wyżej niezbędne jest pozyskanie usługi badawcze w jednostce posiadającej potencjał badawczy. (Polish)
