The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Lower Silesia. The main result of the project will be the recruitment of 151 people registered in PUP Nisko. The project will support people under 30, including persons with disabilities. As part of the project, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie niżańskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 151 osób zarejestrowane w PUP Nisko. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby poniżej 30 r.ż. w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
