The aim of the project (P) is to increase the use of energy from RES, to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases and to diversify energy sources together with the improvement of energy security, which is directly included in the list of corrective actions included in the “Air Quality Programme for the Lublin Zone due to exceeding the level of allowable particulate matter PM10 taking into account PM2.5” i.e. the action of WLsLuZSO’s DEVELOPMENT EMISION OF INDIVIDUAL WARNING IN THE GMINS OF LUBEL STREF and the action WLsLuWEG on the energy efficiency of GMIN. As part of P, PV installations will be installed: 5 sets of 2.17 kW, 78 zest 3.1 kW; solar collector sets: 81 zest 3.4 kW, 15 zest 5.1 kW on/near the buildings of the inhabitants of the municipality of Grabowiec. A total of 83 sets of 0.2527 MW PV and 96 solar sets of 0.3519 MW and biomass-fired boilers (pellet): 10 pcs. with a power of 15 kW, 9 pcs. with a power of 25 kW. The total capacity of the installed boilers will be 0.3750 MW. A website will be created to promote renewable energy sources — this portal will implement and promote clean energy solutions, services and products and promote the municipality as a clean energy centre in the peripheral area.The project will also implement an ICT system and an on-line form, which in its assumptions will collect and store information on RES installations, energy production in individual installations, monitor the operation of RES installations and, if necessary, notify specific system users about abnormal conditions or interruptions in operation of the installation, manage installations (introduction to the system, introduce changes to their properties, etc.), generate reports on the quantity produced by specific groups of installations (e.g. by type of installation, location) of energy during specified periods of time, visualise the location of the installation on the map, with the possibility of symbolising by type, power, etc. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu (P) jest zwiększenie wykorzystania energii pochodzącej z OZE, zmniejszenie ilości gazów cieplarnianych oraz dywersyfikacja źródeł energii wraz z poprawą bezpieczeństwa energetycznego, co bezpośrednio wpisuje się w wykaz działań naprawczych ujętych w "Programie ochrony powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej ze względu na przekroczenie poziomu dopuszczalnego pyłu zawieszonego PM10 z uwzględnieniem pyłu PM2,5" tj. działanie WLsLuZSO OBNIŻENIE EMISJI Z OGRZEWANIA INDYWIDUALNEGO W GMINACH STREFY LUBELSKIEJ oraz działanie WLsLuWEG WZROST EFEKTYWNOŚCI ENERGETYCZNEJ GMIN. W ramach P zostaną zamontowane instalacje PV: 5 zestawy 2,17 kW, 78 zest 3,1 kW; zestawy kolektorów słonecznych: 81 zest 3,4 kW, 15 zest 5,1 kW na/przy budynkach mieszkańców gminy Grabowiec. Łącznie 83 zestawów PV o mocy 0,2527 MW i 96 zestawów solarnych o mocy 0,3519 MW oraz kotły opalane biomasą (pellet): 10 szt. o mocy 15 kW, 9 szt. o mocy 25 kW. Łączna moc zainstalowanych kotłów wyniesie 0,3750 MW. Zostanie utworzona strona internetowa promująca odnawialne źródła energii-portal ten będzie wdrażał i promował rozwiązania, usługi i produkty czystej energii a także promował gminę jako ośrodek czystej energii na obszarze peryferyjnym.W ramach projektu zostanie także wykonany System TIK oraz formularz on-line, który w swoich założeniach będzie m.in. zbierać i przechowywać w centralnej bazie danych informacje o instalacjach OZE, produkcji energii w poszczególnych instalacjach, monitorować pracę instalacji OZE i w razie konieczności powiadamiać określonych użytkowników systemu o nienormalnych stanach czy przerwach w pracy instalacji, zarządzać instalacjami (wprowadzanie do systemu nowych urządzeń, wprowadzania zmian ich właściwości itp.), generować raporty dotyczące ilości wyprodukowanej przez określone grupy instalacji (np. wg rodzaju instalacji, lokalizacji) energii w określonych okresach czasu, wizualizować rozmieszczenie instalacji na mapie, z możliwością symbolizacji wg rodzaju, mocy itp.
