The aim of the project is to increase the level and quality of employment of 200 people with disabilities and passive occupations. [BZ] due to disease (140K,60M) in ages. 18r.ż living in one of the voivodships: Mazowieckie, Lubelskie, Świętokrzyskie through the implementation of individual and comprehensive professional activation and improvement of the situation on the year of work until 30.06.2023r.GD-200ON and BZ due to illness should be understood in accordance with the definitions set out in the regulations of recruitment at ages. 18r.j (140K/60M) inhabited by one of the provinces:or,Mazov.,holyoker.Tasks: Professional activation of non-working persons with disabilities, Support for working persons with disabilities will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the recruitment documentation. Indians will be developed for each UP. Plan of Action. Support will take into account the assessment of health status in the context of the possibility of taking up professional activity. On the basis of the analysis, the participant will be offered appropriate forms of support in the project (minimum two). The activities will be carried out in accordance with the standards indicated in annex to the selection documentation and in the field of implementation of projects involving ESF resources in the area of work for 2014 2020. Ups may be proposed for which no standards have been developed in the selection document if required by the IPD support path. It is assumed that those who are unemployed will take up employment that meet the requirements set out in the recruitment documentation and will maintain them for a period of at least 3 months. Up workers will improve their situation on the labour market and will maintain this improvement for a period of at least 3 months.The project will have a positive impact on the principle of sustainable development, as: —school materials./didakt./prom. will be of high quality, so as to ensure the usefulness of the given object -minimum. printing of leaflets and brochures -printing in the mode of oszczędnym:obustronny,czarno-biały -disable the devices from the current after work -electronic circulation of documents between the project staff. Dla każdego UP zostanie opracowany Indyw. Plan Działania. Wsparcie będzie uwzględniało ocenę stanu zdrowia w kontekście możliwości podjęcia aktywności zawodowej. Na podstawie analizyuczestnikowi zostaną zaproponowane odpowiednie formy wsparcia w projekcie (minimum dwie). Działania będą realizowane zgodnie ze standardami wskazanymi w zał. do dokumentacji naboru oraz w Wyt. w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze r.pracy na lata 2014 2020. UP mogą zostaną zaproponowane instrumenty, dla których nie zostały opracowane standardy w dokument. naboru, jeżeli będzie tego wymagała ścieżkawsparcia określona w IPD. Zakłada się, że pozostający bez zatrudnienia UP podejmą zatrud. spełniające wymogi określone w dokumentacji naboru oraz utrzymają je przez okres min. 3 miesięcy.
