The main objective of the project is to increase energy security of the Municipal Enterprise Komunalna Sp. z o.o. in Chełm thanks to the diversification of the electricity sources used. This goal will be achieved through the construction of four micro-installations of photovoltaic ground with a capacity of 49.5 kWp each, located in the Lublin Voivodeship (City of Chełm and Municipality of Chełm). The investment also foresees the use of ICT-based intelligent energy management systems. The main objective of the project will be pursued by its specific objectives: Maintained competitive advantage of the Municipal Enterprise Komunalna Sp.z o.o. on the market through investment in environmental protection and renewable energy sources, Improved energy management system of the Municipal Enterprise Komunalna Sp.z o.o. through the use of modern information and communication technologies. The system of photovoltaic cells and energy management will increase the use of electricity from RES in the company, resulting in a reduction in costs related to the consumption of electricity produced from conventional fuels. The project will achieve the result of a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources, increased electricity production from newly built RES installations. The result of the project will be the application of solutions contributing to the reduction of PM10.The target group of the project is users of the buildings of MPGK Sp. z o.o., for which the energy will be produced by photovoltaic installations. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększone bezpieczeństwo energetyczne przedsiębiorstwa Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. w Chełmie dzięki dywersyfikacji wykorzystywanych źródeł energii elektrycznej. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez budowę czterech mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych gruntowych o mocy 49,5 kWp każda, zlokalizowanych na terenie województwa lubelskiego (Miasto Chełm i Gmina Chełm). W ramach inwestycji przewidziano również wykorzystanie inteligentnych systemów zarządzania energią wykorzystujących technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne. Cel główny projektu będzie realizowany przez jego cele szczegółowe: Utrzymana przewaga konkurencyjna Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp.z o.o. na rynku poprzez inwestycję w ochronę środowiska i odnawialne źródła energii, Poprawiony system zarządzania energią Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp.z o.o. poprzez wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych. System ogniw fotowoltaicznych i zarządzania energią wpłynie na zwiększenie wykorzystania energii elektrycznej z OZE w przedsiębiorstwie powodując zmniejszenie kosztów związanych ze zużyciem energii elektrycznej produkowanej z paliw konwencjonalnych. W ramach projektu zostaną osiągnięte rezultatu w postaci spadku emisji gazów cieplarnianych, dodatkowej zdolności wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych, zwiększonej produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie zastosowanie rozwiązań przyczyniających się do redukcji emisji pyłu PM10.Grupą docelową projektu są użytkownicy budynków przedsiębiorstwa MPGK Sp. z o.o., na rzecz których energię produkować będą instalacje fotowoltaiczne.
