The goal of the project: Increased level of social activity among at least 34 % of people out of 140 people (84K,56M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion-experience of multiple people living in areas below the threshold of disadvantage of the voivodeship of the Mazowieckie districts of Prezasnyskie,ostrołęcki,Mamakowski,lipskie, Radomski and Szdłowiecki and taking up employment by min.33 people(20K,13M) from the above-mentioned group target thanks to the comprehensive support in the form of active integration services in the project in the period 1.03.2021-28.02.2023. GD is 140 persons (84K and 56M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, i.e.: *persons benefiting from social assistance according to the provisions of paragraph 12.III.2004 or qualifying to support.pom.pl, * persons with disabilities (min. 15 %GD-kr.prem.1), * persons benefiting from POPŻ(min.10 %GD-gr.preferred-k.2). In addition: —min.60 % of GD proj. will be K-30 % unemployed, and about 70 % economically inactive Proj. is only to the persons belonging to the below exchange.gr.: risk of poverty or risk of poverty,experience.multiple.excl. from the area more than 1 of the conditions about which in Wytycz.in zakr.realiz.pres.include.pl and fight poverty from the ESF and ERDF for l.2014-2020. GD constitute os.zamiesz.exclusively on volume.(in municipalities)below the threshold of disadvantage.determined in Mazow.barometer of poverty and ul.-zg.c.c.1.6. Tasks in project: Identification of individual needs, capabilities and potentials of UP; 2. Psychological counseling: group and individual; 3.intermediation of labour; 4.Professional training. “tailor-made”, 5th traineeship. GD proj.stanowi 140 os.(84K i 56M)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym tj.: *os.korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej zg.z ust.z dn.12.III.2004 lub kwalifik.się do obj.wsparc.pom.społ., *os.z niepełnosprawnościami (min.15%GD-kr.prem.1), *os.korzystające z POPŻ(min.10%GD-gr.preferowana-kr.dost.2). Ponadto: -min.60% GD proj.będą stanowić K -30% to os.bezrobotne, zaś ok.70% bierne zawodowo Proj.jest skierow.wyłącznie do os.należących do niżej wymien.gr.: os.zagroż.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ.,doświadcz.wielokrotn.wyklucz.z pow.więcej niż 1z przesłanek o kt.mowa w Wytycz.w zakr.realiz.przeds.w obsz.włącz.społ.i zwalcz.ubóstwa z wykorz.śr.EFS i EFRR na l.2014- 2020.
