The project will consist of grants for the construction of photovoltaic installations producing electricity for residential buildings located in the city of Hajnówka. As part of the project, the implementation of one action, which includes conducting the procedure for selecting Grantes by the Applicant, implementation of investments by selected Grantees, settlement of awarded grants and investor supervision by the selected supervisor. The main objective of the project is to increase the use of energy from renewable sources in the total balance of energy consumed in the city of Hajnówka. The specific objectives are: 1. annual production of about 266 MWh of electricity based on prosumer photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of approx. 280 kW, 2. reduction of electricity consumption by 77 residential buildings for which PV installations will be carried out, 3. reduction of CO2 emissions by about 216 tonnes per year, resulting from the replacement of grid electricity, energy produced on the basis of renewable energy, 4. reduction of electricity consumption generated mainly on the basis of non-renewable resources and used for own needs of households from the city of Hajnówka, 5. improvement of energy security of the community of the city of Hajnówka, in particular residential buildings covered by the project. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: — number of RES electricity generation units built: 77 pcs. — estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions: 216,21 tonnes of CO2 equivalent — in addition the capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources: 0.28 MWe, — electricity production from newly built RES installations: 266,27MWhe. Projekt będzie polegał na przyznaniu grantów na wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznych produkujących energię elektryczną na potrzeby budynków mieszkalnych położonych na terenie miasta Hajnówka. W ramach przedsięwzięcia założono realizacje jednego działania , które obejmuje przeprowadzenie przez Wnioskodawcę procedury wyboru Grantobiorców, realizację inwestycji przez wybranych Grantobiorców, rozliczenie przyznanych grantów oraz pełnienie nadzoru inwestorskiego przez wyłonionego inspektora nadzoru. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost wykorzystania energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych w całkowitym bilansie energii zużywanej na terenie Miasta Hajnówka. Cele szczegółowe to: 1. produkowanie rocznie około 266 MWh energii elektrycznej w oparciu o prosumenckie instalacje fotowoltaiczne o łącznej mocy ok. 280 kW, 2. zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej sieciowej przez 77 budynków mieszkalnych na potrzeby których zostaną wykonane instalacje PV, 3. redukcja emisji CO2 o około 216 ton rocznie, wynikająca z zastąpienia energii elektrycznej sieciowej, energią produkowaną na bazie OZE, 4. zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej sieciowej wytwarzanej głównie na bazie nieodnawialnych zasobów, a wykorzystywanej na potrzeby własne gospodarstw domowych z terenu miasta Hajnówka, 5. poprawa bezpieczeństwa energetycznego społeczności miasta Hajnówka, w szczególności budynków mieszkalnych objętych projektem. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: - liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE: 77 szt. - szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 216,21 ton równoważnika CO2 - dodatkowo zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych: 0,28 MWe, - produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE: 266,27MWhe. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią mieszkańcy miasta Hajnówka, którzy mogą skorzystać z grantów na wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznych. (Polish)
