The project concerns the installation of photovoltaic installations for the needs of residents of the Municipality of Czyżew. The project has two groups of objectives: quantified direct and social, economic and environmental objectives (difficult to quantify). The direct objectives of the project are: increase in renewable energy production, reduction of CO2 emissions, increased share of distributed renewable energy production. The project includes: Task 1. Installation of photovoltaic installations. Installation of 56 photovoltaic installations (20 pcs. above 5 kW and 36 below 5 kW) for residential needs of residents of Czyżew Commune. Task 2. The Beneficiary of the Project and the Applicant is the Municipality of Czyżw, which as a local government unit is eligible for support under Measure 5.1. RPO WP. The final beneficiaries of the project (Granto recipients) are residents of the municipality. The final beneficiaries of the project are also other residents (not grantees) who will benefit from improved air quality by reducing CO2 and other pollutants. Project indicators: — Number of RES electricity generation units built — 56 pcs. — Additional renewable energy generation capacity — 0.32 MW — Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions — 251.29 Mg — Production of electricity from newly built installations using RES — 309.47 MWh/year The project will be implemented on the basis of the regulations for the selection and implementation of the grant project annexed to the grant application. Projekt dotyczy montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznych na potrzeby mieszkańców Gminy Czyżew. Projekt posiada dwie grupy celów: kwantyfikowane cele bezpośrednie i cele o wymiarze społecznym, gospodarczym i środowiskowym (trudne do kwantyfikacji). Celami bezpośrednimi projektu są: wzrost produkcji energii z OZE, redukcja emisji CO2, zwiększony udział rozproszonej produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych. Projekt obejmuje: Zadanie 1. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych. Montaż 56 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych (20 szt. powyżej 5 kW i 36 poniżej 5 kW) na potrzeby mieszkalne mieszkańców Gminy Czyżew. Zadanie 2. Nadzór inwestorski Beneficjentem Projektu i Wnioskodawcą jest Gmina Czyżew, która jako jednostka samorządu terytorialnego jest kwalifikowana do wsparcia w ramach Działania 5.1. RPO WP. Beneficjenci ostateczni projektu (Grantobiorcy) to mieszkańcy gminy. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi projektu są także inni mieszkańcy (nie Grantobiorcy), którzy będą korzystać z lepszej jakości powietrza dzięki redukcji emisji CO2 i innych zanieczyszczeń. Wskaźniki projektu: - Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE – 56 szt. - Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych – 0,32 MW - Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych – 251,29 Mg - Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE – 309,47 MWh/rok Projekt będzie realizowany w oparciu o regulamin naboru i realizacji projektu grantowego stanowiącego załącznik do wniosku o dofinansowanie.
