The main objective of the project is to shape and develop among 180 (118K, 62M) students of the S.Staszic High School in Rzepin (Lubuskie voivodeship) key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market through the implementation of additional didactic and equalisation classes aimed at equalising educational disparities during the educational process and organisation of interest circles, thanks to which educational disparities in 145 (95K, 50M) students will be compensated, together with the retrofitting of the above-mentioned school in the period 01.09.2021-30.06.2022. Tasks: 1. Purchase of equipment necessary for the completion of classes for the LO in Rzepin 2. Implementation of didactic and equalisation classes and interest circles in the LO in Rzepin Target Group: 1. 180 students, including 2 ON 2. 1 LO Indicators: 1. 145 students who have acquired key competences or universal skills after leaving the program. 2.1 LOs that use equipment to conduct educational activities. Celem głównym projektu jest kształtowanie i rozwijanie wśród 180 (118K, 62M) uczniów Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. S.Staszica w Rzepinie (woj. lubuskie) kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy poprzez realizację zajęć dodatkowych dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych służących wyrównywaniu dysproporcji edukacyjnych w trakcie procesu kształcenia oraz organizację kółek zainteresowań, dzięki czemu zostaną wyrównane dysproporcje edukacyjne u 145 (95K, 50M) uczniów, wraz z doposażeniem ww. szkoły w okresie 01.09.2021-30.06.2022. Zadania: 1. Zakup doposażenia niezbędnego do realizacji zajęć dla LO w Rzepinie 2. Realizacja zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych i kółek zainteresowań w LO w Rzepinie Grupa docelowa: 1. 180 uczniów., w tym 2 ON 2. 1 LO Wskaźniki: 1. 145 uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe lub umiejętności uniwersalne po opuszczeniu programu. 2.1 LO, które wykorzystują sprzęt do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych.
