The main objective of the project implemented by the authority running the preschool branch of the Primary School in Old Trees Danuta Siedzikówna “Inki” — Municipality of Szlichtyngowa in the period 01.07.2022r.-30.06.2023r. 1. Increase in the level of development of key and universal skills necessary on the labour market 10 UP [4K, 6M], residents of the province of Lubuskie, Pow.wschowski, rural areas; 2. Increase of professional qualifications and competences of 5 persons of staff [4K, 1M] in terms of organizational methods and forms conducive to the formation of competences and skills of UP. In P, it is planned to develop key competences and purchase teaching aids, including ICT. Implementation of P will make it possible to achieve the objective in detail. Priority Axis 8 — Modern education ROP L-2020: increase the number of places in pre-school education and improve the competences of pupils in kindergarten. There will be: •increasing participation of children from rural areas in high-quality, specialised pre-school education, •equalisation of educational opportunities of 10 UP, facing social, educational and physical barriers. Celem głównym proj. realizowanego przez organ prowadzący oddział przedszkolny Szkoły Podstawowej w Starych Drzewcach im. Danuty Siedzikówny "Inki" - Gminę Szlichtyngowa w okresie 01.07.2022r.-30.06.2023r. jest: 1. Wzrost poziomu rozwoju k. kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 10 UP [4K, 6M], mieszkańców woj.lubuskiego, pow.wschowskiego, terenów wiejskich; 2. Wzrost kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych 5 osób kadry [4K, 1M] w zakresie metod i form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu kompetencji i umiejętności UP. W P zaplanowano zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe oraz zakup pomocy dydaktycznych, w tym ICT. Realizacja P umożliwi osiągnięcie celu szczeg. Osi Priorytetowej 8 - Nowoczesna edukacja RPO L-2020: „zwiększenie liczby miejsc w edukacji przedszkolnej i podniesienie kompetencji uczniów w przedszkola". Nastąpi: •wzrost uczestnictwa dzieci z terenów wiejskich w wysokiej jakości, wyspecjalizowanej edukacji przedszkolnej, •wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych 10 UP, napotykających bariery o charakterze społecznym, edukacyjnym oraz fizycznym.
