The aim of the project is to ensure high standards of vocational training and to improve the availability of high-quality educational services aimed at increasing the employability of 50(45) pupils of the State High School of Fine Arts (schools in the profession of arts) and 11(9K) teachers of this school in the period 01.03.2022-30.04.2023r. The aim of achieving these goals is, among others, the purchase of modern equipment for vocational training laboratories and the implementation of comprehensive development programmes based on an individual diagnosis of the school. Period of implementation: 01.03.2022-30.04.2023r. Main results: 1)11 (9K) vocational training teachers who acquired competences after leaving the programme 2) 1 school using equipment purchased under the ESF 3)50 (45 so-called)students who acquired competences or qualifications after leaving the program 4)50 (45 so-called) pupils, who acquired key competences or universal skills after leaving the program docelowa:50uczniów(45 so-called) and 11teachers of the W.Kosaka Academy of Fine Arts in Łomża. The main tasks: 1)Teaching classes for pupils 2) Courses and trainings for pupils and teachers 3)Shaping workshops for pupils 4)Teaching and compensatory classes 5)Scientific scholarships 6)Addition of school laboratories 7)Educational trips The activities provided for in the project were preceded by a diagnosis of the school and approved by the host body. The project provides for activities in the field of competence of kluczowych:matematycznych, language. Emphasis will also be placed on building attitudes and learning skills, creativity, entrepreneurship and teamwork. In addition, 11 teachers will acquire competences in the area of interpersonal and social skills. All activities will be carried out taking into account individual educational needs and psychophysical possibilities of the supported students. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest zapewnienie wysokich standardów kształcenia zawodowego oraz poprawa dostępności usług edukacyjnych wysokiej jakości, służących zwiększeniu szans na rynku pracy 50(45dz.)uczniów Państwowego Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych (szkoła kształci w zawodzie plastyk) oraz 11(9K) nauczycieli tej szkoły w okresie 01.03.2022-30.04.2023r. Osiągnięciu tych celów ma służyć m.in. zakup nowoczesnego wyposażenia pracowni kształcenia zawodowego oraz realizację kompleksowych programów rozwojowych na podstawie indywidualnej diagnozy szkoły. Okres realizacji: 01.03.2022-30.04.2023r. Główne rezultaty: 1)11 (9K)nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego,którzy nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu 2) 1szkoła wykorzystująca doposażenie zakupione w ramach EFS 3)50(45dzw.)uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje lub uzyskali kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu 4)50(45dzw.)uczniów,którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe lub umiejetności uniwersalne po opuszczeniu programu Grupa docelowa:50uczniów(45dzw.) i 11nauczycieli Pańswowego Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych im.W.Kossaka w Łomży. Główne zadania: 1)Zajęcia rozwijające uzdolnienia uczniów 2)Kursy i szkolenia dla uczniów i nauczycieli 3)Warsztaty kształtujące dla uczniów 4)Zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze 5)Stypendia naukowe 6)Doposażenie pracowni szkolnych 7)Wyjazdy edukacyjne Działania przewidziane w projekcie zostały poprzedzone diagnozą szkoły i zatwierdzone przez Organ prowadzący. Projekt przewiduje działania z zakresu kompetencji kluczowych:matematycznych, językowych. Zostanie położony również nacisk na budowanie postaw i umiejętności uczenia się, kreatywność, przedsiębiorczość oraz pracę zespołową. Ponadto 11 nauczycieli uzyska kompetencje w obszarze umiejętności interpersonalnych i społecznych. Wszystkie działania będą prowadzone z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów objętych wsparciem. (Polish)
