Increasing employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak in the Cikhanov County. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. The target group of the project is a total of 328 people (196 women, 132 men) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Cichanowski district, including: • persons aged 50 years and over — 51 persons (25K, 26M), • persons with disabilities — 13 persons (9K, 4M), • long-term unemployed persons — 94 persons (57K, 37M), • low-skilled persons — 204 persons (111K, 93M), • women — 196 women, • men aged 30-49 years — 19 their participation in the implemented project will not exceed 20 % of the total number of unemployed supported in the project. These are people who do not belong to a group of people: aged 50 and over, with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled, with higher education than ISCED 3. As part of the project, each participant will present a specific offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej zidentyfikowanych jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19 w powiecie ciechanowskim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 „Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19”. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 328 osób (196 kobiet, 132 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ciechanowskim, w tym: • osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej – 51 osób (25K, 26M), • osoby z niepełnosprawnościami – 13 osób (9K, 4M), • osoby długotrwale bezrobotne – 94 osoby (57K, 37M), • osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych – 204 osoby (111K, 93M), • kobiety – 196 kobiet, • mężczyźni w wieku 30 - 49 lat – 19 ich udział w realizowanym projekcie nie przekroczy 20 % ogólnej liczby bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w projekcie. Są to osoby nienależące do grupy osób: w wieku 50 lat i więcej, z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotne, o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych, posiadające wykształcenie na poziomie wyższym od ISCED 3. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona będzie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ciechanowskim. (Polish)
