SA.60012(2020/X) The project consists of the integration of information systems used by Hotel Villa Rustica and the implementation of additional modules enabling the provision of non-contact guest service. The project will implement the following solutions: — remote check-in and check-out without the participation of the hotel reception — mobile keys for automatic doors sent to the customer smatphone — communication with hotel staff using interactive devices with touch monitor located in the rooms — intelligent monitoring system All the above mentioned solutions, despite the initial costs, are necessary to develop the hotel business in a rapidly changing environment. The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated the importance of business flexibility and ensuring maximum safety for customers through the implementation of sanitary recommendations. In addition, the implementation of innovations based on the digitisation of processes improves the quality of services provided, which in the hotel industry has always been and will remain the most important even after the pandemic. Therefore, the implementation of the project is fully justified and in line with the applicant’s development strategy. (English) | |||||||||||||||

SA.60012(2020/X) Projekt polega na integracji systemów informatycznych, z których korzysta hotel Villa Rustica i wdrożenie do nich dodatkowych modułów umożliwiających świadczenie bezkontaktowej obsługi gości. W ramach projektu wdrożone zostaną następujące rozwiązania: - zdalne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez udziału recepcji hotelowej - klucze mobilne do drzwi automatycznych przesyłane na smatfon klienta - komunikacja z personelem hotelowym za pomocą interaktywnych urządzeń z monitorem dotykowym umieszczonych w pokojach - inteligentny system monitoringu obiektu Wszystkie wyżej wymienione rozwiązania mimo początkowych kosztów są konieczne, aby rozwijać biznes hotelowy w zmieniającym się szybko otoczeniu. Pandemia COVID19 pokazała jak ważna jest elastyczność działalności i zapewnienie klientom maksimum bezpieczeństwa poprzez realizację zaleceń sanitarnych. Ponadto, wdrożenie innowacji opartych o digitalizację procesów podnosi jakość świadczonych usług, która w branży hotelarskiej zawsze była i pozostanie najważniejsza również po pandemii. Dlatego realizacja projektu jest w pełni uzasadniona i zgodna ze strategią rozwoju firmy Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
