The project aims to facilitate the return to fitness, through rehabilitation, of at least 900 patients from the pabianic county with back and spine diseases, including a minimum of 540 people aged 50 years and more participating in the Programme, so that at least 50 % of them achieve an improvement in health status not less than the minimum clinically significant difference and found a reduction in the intensity of pain, thanks to which they will be able to take up work or prolong their professional activity during the duration of the Programme to 30.06.2023 and after its completion. The project assumes that a minimum of 180 people (including at least 90 people aged 50 and over) after leaving the program will either take up employment or continue employment. The programme will cover 945 inhabitants of the pabianic county of working age, with particular emphasis on women, people over 50 and people performing sedentary work, living in the pabianic district. 945 people will take part in the first rehabilitation counsel. It is foreseen to qualify 900 inhabitants of the county to participate in rehabilitation procedures (zad 2) and psychoeducation workshops (zad 3) and final consultation — II rehabilitation counsel (zad 4). Projekt ma na celu ułatwienie powrotu do sprawności, poprzez rehabilitację, co najmniej 900 pacjentów z powiatu pabianickiego z chorobami grzbietu i kręgosłupa, w tym minimum 540 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej uczestniczących w Programie tak, aby u minimum 50% z nich uzyskano poprawę stanu zdrowia nie mniejszą niż minimalna różnica istotna klinicznie oraz stwierdzono zmniejszenie natężenia dolegliwości bólowych dzięki czemu będą mogli podjąć pracę lub wydłużyć aktywność zawodową w czasie trwania Programu do 30.06.2023 i po jego zakończeniu. Projekt zakłada, że minimum 180 osób (w tym min 90 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej) po opuszczeniu programu podejmie pracę lub będzie kontynuowało zatrudnienie. Programem zostanie objętych 945 mieszkańców powiatu pabianickiego w wieku aktywności zawodowej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kobiet, osób powyżej 50 roku życia i osób wykonujących pracę siedzącą, zamieszkujących powiat pabianicki. 945 osób weźmie udział w I poradzie rehabilitacyjnej. Przewiduje się kwalifikację 900 mieszkańców powiatu do udziału w zabiegach rehabilitacyjnych (zad 2) i warsztatach psychoedukacyjnych (zad 3) oraz konsultacji końcowej – II poradzie rehabilitacyjnej (zad 4).
