Implementation of an innovative service of MOBILE OVEN & DIGITAL SERVICES in order to counter the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic
Property / summary

APS-Eco-innovations, which in the face of the negative effects of the Covid19 pandemic, plans to implement as a diversification of its revenues, APS-Eco-innovations, which is a leader in the regional market in the field of innovative eco-friendly solutions, is a new, innovative service. The applicant, using his technical knowledge and experience (a large number of consultancy and research services in the field of RES and process engineering in the field of biomass processing), intends to start business in the new sector of fruit and vegetable processing through own production and the provision of a mobile service (in the field of juice pressing, pasteurisation and pouring), not yet available on the market in such a pro-ecological and innovative edition. Cold pressing is the best way to produce from the available methods of processing fruit and vegetables because immediately after harvesting the substrate is pressed, juice pasteurised and sealed in aseptic containers, which also limits the losses of raw material caused by “drying” and processes of biological decomposition (fulfillment of the condition of the Closed Circulation Economy). The main pro-environmental aspect will be the use of renewable energy sources — solar energy and biofuels. The photovoltaic installation, permanently built on a container containing all elements of the process line for pressing juices, will co-produce electricity to power the equipment included in the line. The use of PV installations and a high-efficiency power generator powered by biofuels will significantly reduce CO2 emissions to the atmosphere compared to commonly used conventional solutions (coal, oil, gas) producing electricity to power similar juice production lines operating in the industry. As part of this project, the applicant will design a technological line for the production of juices, purchase all its elements and install them in specially prepared (English)

Głównym aspektem prośrodowiskowym będzie wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii – energia słoneczna i biopaliwa. Instalacja fotowoltaiczna, zabudowana w sposób trwały na kontenerze zawierającym w sobie wszystkie elementy linii technologicznej do tłoczenia soków, będzie ko-produkować energię elektryczną do zasilenia urządzeń wchodzących w skład linii. Zastosowanie instalacji PV oraz wysokosprawnego energetycznie agregatu prądotwórczego zasilanego przez biopaliwa ograniczy w znacznym stopniu emisję CO2 do atmosfery względem powszechnie wykorzystywanych rozwiązań konwencjonalnych (węgiel, ropa, gazu) produkujących prąd do zasilania podobnych pracujących w branży linii produkcyjnych soków. W ramach niniejszego projektu wnioskodawca zaprojektuje linię technologiczną produkcji soków, zakupi wszystkie jej elementy i zamontuje je w specjalnie przygoto (Polish)
