The subject of the project is the implementation of the results of its own research work, constituting unpatented technical knowledge and launching the production of new products into the company’s activities. These will be super-precision components of surgical robots and medical navigation systems with elements with ± 7 °m tolerance and smoothness of Rz 3.2, made using innovative pushing technology. Launching the production of new products requires the purchase of the following production equipment and software: 5 Axis Milling Center, 4 Axis Milling Center, Measuring Machine, Laser Welding Machine, Real-time Processing Software of Detail Measurement Results from Measuring Machine to parameters determining the stability of the production process. The implementation of the project will strengthen the company’s competitive position on the international market. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie do działalności przedsiębiorstwa wyników własnych prac badawczych, stanowiących nieopatentowaną wiedzę techniczną i uruchomienie na ich podstawie produkcji nowych wyrobów. Będą to super precyzyjne podzespoły robotów chirurgicznych i systemów nawigacji medycznej z elementami o tolerancji +/- 7 ᶙm i gładkości Rz 3,2, wykonywane z zastosowaniem innowacyjnej technologii przepychania. Uruchomienie produkcji nowych wyrobów wymaga nabycia następujących urządzeń produkcyjnych i oprogramowania: Centrum frezarskie 5 osiowe, Centrum frezarskie 4 osiowe, Maszyna miernicza, Spawarka laserowa, Oprogramowanie do przetwarzania w czasie rzeczywistym wyników pomiarów detali z maszyny mierniczej na parametry określające stabilność procesu produkcji. Realizacja projektu umocni pozycję konkurencyjną firmy na rynku międzynarodowym. (Polish)
