The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and growth of the Company’s export sales revenue through the implementation of a new model of internationalisation of FASHIONTEX GROUP. The Company’s new strategy includes the development of the most promising new target markets for the Applicant, a strategy to enter these markets, including an indication of key trade fair and exhibition events and the most effective tools and methods of promotion of the Company, based on its competitive factors vis-à-vis companies offering similar products on the target markets. As part of this project, 9 tasks related to the development of modern promotional materials, the use of services consisting of preparation for search and preparation for negotiations with new business partners and trips to trade fair and exhibition events are planned. The target group of the company as part of the implemented project will be customers on the new target markets strategy (Slovakia and Slovenia), within the offered product groups of the Company. Celem przedmiotowego Projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności oraz wzrostu przychodów ze sprzedaży eksportowej Firmy poprzez wdrożenie nowego modelu internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa FASHIONTEX GROUP. Nowa strategia Firmy zawiera opracowanie najbardziej perspektywicznych nowych rynków docelowych dla Wnioskodawcy, strategię wejścia na te rynki w tym wskazanie kluczowych wydarzeń targowo-wystawienniczych oraz najefektywniejszych narzędzi i metod promocji Firmy, bazując na jej czynnikach konkurencyjności względem firm oferujących podobne produkty na rynkach docelowych. W ramach niniejszego projektu planuje się 9 zadań związanych z opracowaniem nowoczesnych materiałów promocyjnych, skorzystaniem z usług polegających na przygotowaniu do wyszukiwania i przygotowania do negocjacji z nowymi partnerami biznesowymi oraz wyjazdami na imprezy targowo-wystawiennicze . Grupą docelową Firmy w ramach wdrażanego projektu będą klienci na nowych, określonych przez strategię rynkach docelowych (Słowacja i Słowenia),w ramach oferowanych grup produktowych Firmy. (Polish)
