The main objective of the project is to develop family support services and a system of care of replacements in the Wielkopolska district to help overcome difficult life situations occurring in foster families. The implementation of the planned actions will increase access to high-quality social services that reduce poverty and social exclusion. The project will support 107 people BO(63Ki44M) including 51 BO children from care and 11 people (8Ki3M) from the surroundings. During the project, 36 places of community services will be supported, i.e. 3 places in the lineage of the former, 26 families of relatives, 7 families of replacements. Niezaw. 3 support groups, specialist counseling will benefit 39 people BO (29Ki10M) classes will be conducted by psychologist and educator, within 3 support groups actions will be covered 18BO people(16Ki1M) — to real. employment will be a psychologist, counseling of rights. from the scope of parenting law. 39 BO people (29Ki10M) will benefit from the classes will be conducted by a legal counsellor, the outbound sociotherapist camp will benefit 22 BO educated. care. (12Ki10M) — task commissioned, tutoring for 20 BO (10Ki10M) pupils- employed teachers, speech therapy support for 6BO children(3ki3M)- hiring.logopeda,workshop in the field of raising the educational competence of 20 people(17Ki3M)- will be conducted by a teacher, a 3-day school trip. for foster caregivers for 55 BO people(38Ki17M) including 33 children (21Ki11M) — service commissioned. In order to be able to participate in the project, an animator will be hired to take care of young children. For each participant of the project, an individual support path will be developed, including an individual assessment of the situation of persons, needs, expectations of the proposed form(s) of support (type and scope).It is assumed that the result of the project will be to improve the functioning of replacement care in the area of the county of many.through the development of services addressed to project participants, including minimising the exclusion of social.children in care. Celem głównym projektu jest rozwój usług wspierania rodziny i systemu pieczy zast. w powiecie wieluńskim służących pomocy w pokonywaniu trudnych sytuacji życiowych występujących w rodzinach zastępczych. Poprzez realizacje zaplanowanych działań nastąpi zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług społ. ograniczających ubóstwo i wykluczenie społ. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostaną 107 osoby BO(63Ki44M) w tym 51 BO dzieci z pieczy i 11 osób (8Ki3M)z otoczenia. W trakcie projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 36 miejsc świad. usług społ. tj.3 miejsca w rodz. zast. zaw., 26 rodzin zast. spokrew., 7 rodzin zast. niezaw. 3 grupy wsparcia, z poradnictwa spec. skorzysta 39 osób BO (29Ki10M) zajęcia poprowadzi psycholog i pedagog, w ramach 3 grup wsparcia działaniami zostanie objętych 18BO osób(16Ki1M)- do real. zatrud. zostanie psycholog, z poradnictwa praw. z zakresu prawa rodz. skorzysta 39 BO osób (29Ki10M)-zajęcia poprowadzi radca prawny, z wyjazdowego obozu socjoterapeut. skorzysta 22 BO wychowan. pieczy z zast. (12Ki10M)-zadanie zlecone, korepetycje dla 20 BO (10Ki10M) wychowanków- zatrud. nauczyciele, wsparcie logopedyczne dla 6BO dzieci(3ki3M)-zatrud.logopeda,warszt. z zakresu podniesienia kompetencji wychowawczych 20 osób(17Ki3M)- poprowadzi pedagog,3 dniowy wyjazd. szkol. dla opiekunów zastępczych dla 55 BO osób( 38Ki17M) w tym 33 dzieci (21Ki11M)- usługa zlecona. W celu umożliwienia udziału w projekcie osobom które muszą zajmować się małymi dziećmi i nie mają możliwości zapewnienia im opieki zatrudniony zostanie animator. Dla każdego uczestnika projektu zostanie opracowana indywidualna ścieżka wsparcia, zawierająca indywidualną ocenę sytuacji osób, potrzeby, oczekiwania proponowane formę/y wsparcia ( rodzaj i zakres).Zakłada się że rezultatem projektu będzie poprawa funkcjonowania pieczy zastępczej na terenie powiatu wieluń.poprzez rozwój usług kierowanych do uczestników projektu w tym minimalizacja wykluczenia społe.dzieci w piecz.zast (Polish)
