The project is aimed at 20 people (including 12 women and 8 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including the unemployed, who in the first place require social activation living in the area of Kutno and Łęczyce in the Łódzkie Voivodeship. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 20 persons (12 K,8 M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in the Łódź Voivodeship through a comprehensive reintegration path including social, professional and educational activation instruments during the period III‘22-II’23. As part of the project, its participants will receive comprehensive support tailored to the diagnosed, individual needs of the participants and implemented on the basis of the Individual Reintegration Path (IME) created during meetings with a professional advisor. The diagnosed needs of project participants will be implemented through the following forms of support: — psychological and specialist counselling to solve problems blocking the possibility of activation of project participants, — workshops improving social skills and unlocking the potential of project participants, — tailored training courses ending with exams and obtaining a certificate confirming acquired competences and qualifications, — job placements — among others to help project participants in search of work and find themselves on the local market" — professional internships ensuring the acquisition of practical professional skills. Projekt jest skierowany do 20 osób (w tym 12 kobiet i 8 mężczyzn) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osób bezrobotnych, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej zamieszkujących w pow. kutnowskim i łęczyckim w woj. łódzkim. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia przez 20 os.(12 K,8 M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkałych w woj. łódzkim poprzez kompleksową ścieżkę reintegracji obejmującą instrumenty aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej i edukacyjnej w okresie III’22-II’23. W ramach projektu jego uczestnicy zostaną objęci kompleksowym wsparciem dostosowanym do zdiagnozowanych, indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników i realizowanym w oparciu o stworzoną podczas spotkań z doradcą zawodowym Indywidualną Ścieżkę Reintegracji (IŚR). Zdiagnozowane potrzeby uczestników projektu zostaną zrealizowane poprzez następujące formy wsparcia: - poradnictwo psychologiczne i specjalistyczne pozwalające rozwiązać problemy blokujące możliwości aktywizacji uczestników projektu, - warsztaty podnoszące umiejętności społeczne i odblokowujące potencjał uczestników projektu, - dopasowane szkolenia zaw. kończące się egzaminami i uzyskaniem certyfikatu potwierdzającego nabyte kompetencje i kwalifikacje, - pośrednictwo pracy- m.in. w celu pomocy dla uczestników projektu w poszukiwaniu pracy i odnalezienia się na lokalnym rynku'' - staże zawodowe zapewniające nabycie praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych.
