The aim of the project is to establish, on the basis of the existing social innovation model, the Environmental Centre for Mental Health for Children and Youth (ŚCZPDiM) operating in the pabianic district in the period 01.06.2021-31.10.2023. The project will cover 800 environments in which the recipients operate.The project will be implemented in cooperation with JST Partners: Poviat Pabianicki and the Municipality of Pabianice.Main tasks:1. Development of the model of ŚCZPDiM and development of an individual plan for its implementation2. Activities of the Coordination Centre 3. Activity SCZPDiM I level of reference 4. Activity SCZPDiM II reference level 5. Educational and prophylactic impactsMain results: 1. Scaling up social innovation consisting of the creation and activity of SCZPDiM in Pabianice2. Providing environmental care to 800 people — children and young people up to 21 years old and their environments.3. Increase of competence of 675 employees of JSO, POZ, OPS and 20 employees of ŚCZPDiM in Pabianice4. Development of strategies for the prevention of mental disorders for the local community. Celem projektu jest utworzenie na podstawie istniejącego modelu innowacji społecznej Środowiskowego Centrum Zdrowia Psychicznego dla Dzieci i Młodzieży (ŚCZPDiM) działającego na obszarze powiatu pabianickiego w okresie 01.06..2021-31.10.2023. Projekt obejmie 800 środowisk, w których funkcjonują odbiorcy.Projekt będzie realizowany we współpracy z Partnerami JST: Powiatem Pabianickim oraz Gminą Miejską Pabianice.Główne zadania:1. Opracowanie modelu ŚCZPDiM i opracowanie indywidualnego planu jego wdrażania2. Działalność Centrum Koordynacji 3. Działalność ŚCZPDiM I poziom referencyjności 4. Działalność ŚCZPDiM II poziom referencyjności 5. Oddziaływania edukacyjne i profilaktyczneGłówne rezultaty: 1. Przeskalowanie innowacji społecznej polegającej na utworzeniu i działalności ŚCZPDiM w Pabianicach2. Objęcie opieką środowiskową 800 osób - dzieci i młodzieży do 21.r.ż. oraz ich środowisk.3. Podniesienie kompetencji 675 pracowników placówek JSO, POZ, OPS oraz 20 pracowników ŚCZPDiM w Pabianicach4. Opracowanie strategii profilaktyki zaburzeń psychicznych dla społeczności lokalnej.
