The subject of the project is a deep comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility buildings in the municipality of Działoszyce type firehouses-recreation rooms in localities: Pierocice, Dziewięczyce, Dębiany, Jabubowice, Januszowice, Kujawki. The scope of modernisation will include the replacement of heat sources, partition warming, modernisation of the c.w.u., replacement of lighting, window and door joinery, installation of energy management system, installation of photovoltaic cells. The assembled equipment and materials will be brand new. The project is in line with the objectives of ROP WŚ 2014-2020, in particular Axis III and Measure 3 Efficient and Green Energy Measure 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors as it increases the energy efficiency of the designated buildings of the JU in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The project will be implemented between 01.12.2020 and 31.12.2022. The following indicators will be provided: Amount of electricity saved [MWh/year] 24,45 The amount of heat saved [GJ/year] 4714,91 Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of projects [GJ/year] 5259.76 Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes CO2/year] (CI 34) 498.61 Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year] (CI 32) 1620560 Number of energy upgraded buildings [pcs.] 6 Disabilities area of thermally modernised buildings [m²] 1410 Number of modernised heat sources [pcs.] 6 non-equipped electric power units (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie gminy Działoszyce typu remizy-świetlice w miejscowościach: Pierocice, Dziewięczyce, Dębiany, Jabubowice, Januszowice, Kujawki. Zakres modernizacji będzie obejmował wymianę źródeł ciepła, ocieplenia przegród, modernizację c.w.u., wymianę oświetlenia, stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, montaż systemu zarządzania energią, montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych. Montowane urządzenia i materiały będą fabrycznie nowe. Projekt jest zgodny z celami RPO WŚ 2014-2020, szczególnie osi III i działania 3 Efektywna i zielona energia Działanie 3.3 Poprawa efektywności energetycznej z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym ponieważ zwiększa efektywność energetyczną wskazanych budynków JST w woj. świętokrzyskim. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.12.2020 – 31.12.2022.
