The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the public utility building — the municipal office in Nowy Miasto. The facility under thermomodernisation is located on plot No. 645 ul. Pharmacy 8, 09-120 New Town, Płoński District, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The owner of the plot is the Municipality of Nowe Miasto. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the public utility facility — the building of the Municipal Office in Nowy Miasto. The project contributes to the main objective and specific objectives of ROP 2014-2020, Priority Axis, Actions and Sub-measures. Thermomodernisation of the building of the Municipality Office in Nowy Miasto includes, in accordance with the energy audit carried out, comprehensive works: • insulation of existing foundation walls with extruded polystyrene [P10] or mineral wool [P10*] with a coefficient of Ω = 0.036 W/(m*K), [P10] gr 8.0 cm,\ • insulation of existing aboveground floor walls with polystyrene [P9] or mineral wool [P9*] with a coefficient of Ω = 0.033 W/(m*K), gr 10.0 cm, • insulation of the existing ceiling above the last floor heated with polystyrene EPS100 DACH/DOWN [P5] with a coefficient of Ω = 0.0038 W/(m*K) gr 25 cm, • partial replacement of window and door joinery • changing the external doors of basements • modernisation of the heating system: — replacement of two coal boilers for 3 heat pumps of 14 KW cascaded together with accompanying robots — replacement of the internal system c.o. with a new one with accompanying robots — replacement of old radiator valves with new thermostat with pressure stabilisation function — installation of automatic vent valves • PV installation The project also includes preparatory costs and costs of promotion and supervision. The total eligible cost of the project is PLN 1 804 227.80. Therefore, the project is not a major project. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej – urzędu gminy w Nowym Mieście. Obiekt objęty termomodernizacją zlokalizowany jest na działce nr 645 ul. Apteczna 8, 09-120 Nowe Miasto, Powiat Płoński, Województwo Mazowieckie. Właścicielem działki jest Gmina Nowe Miasto. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej obiektu użyteczności publicznej – budynku Urzędu Gminy w Nowym Mieście. Projekt przyczynia się do realizacji celu głównego i celów szczegółowych RPO WM 2014 - 2020, Osi Priorytetowych, Działań i Poddziałań. Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy w Nowym Mieście obejmuje zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym kompleksowe prace: • docieplenie istniejących ścian fundamentowych styropianem ekstrudowanym [P10] lub wełną mineralną [P10*] o współczynniku ƛ =0,036 W/(m*K), [P10] gr 8,0 cm,\ • docieplenia istniejących ścian kondygnacji nadziemnych styropianem [P9] lub wełną mineralną [P9*] o współczynniku ƛ =0,033 W/(m*K), gr 10,0 cm, • docieplenie istniejącego stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją ogrzewaną styropianem EPS100 DACH/PODŁOGA [P5] o współczynniku ƛ =0,038 W/(m*K) gr 25 cm, • częściowa wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej • wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych piwnic • modernizacja systemu grzewczego: - wymiana dwóch kotłów węglowych na 3 pompy ciepła po 14 KW połączone kaskadowo wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi - wymiana instalacji wewnętrznej c.o. na nową wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi - wymiana starych zaworów grzejnikowych na nowe z termostatem z funkcją stabilizacji ciśnienia - montaż automatycznych zaworów odpowietrzających • wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej W ramach projektu-planowane są również koszty przygotowawcze oraz koszty promocji i nadzoru. Całkowity koszt kwalifikowalny projektu wynosi 1 804 227,80 zł. W związku z tym projekt nie stanowi projektu dużego. Projekt nie należy do kategorii projektów generujących dochód (Polish)
