As part of the project, a new polymer material and a new technology will be developed to achieve high purity classes of polymer products. The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of PPHU PTS. The development of a new generation of polymer products sealing the cooling system will require the development of a new base polymer material from which seals will be produced in the first phase of the project. Polymer material characterised by: — increased physico-mechanical parameters — increased resistance thresholds for accelerated aging at high temperatures in dry environments — elevated thresholds for resistance to high temperatures in the chemical media environment In the next phase of the project, it will be necessary to develop and build prototypes in the laboratory environment and in real-life conditions and conduct tests on the resistance of prototypes — for accelerated aging at high temperatures — for high temperatures in the chemical media environment — R+R works will also be carried out in terms of obtaining the required high classes of polymeric sealing cleanliness.     SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie nowej generacji wyrobów polimerowych przeznaczonych do uszczelniania systemów chłodzenia nowo produkowanych samochodów elektrycznych i hybrydowych. W ramach projektu zostanie opracowany nowy materiał polimerowy oraz nowa technologia umożliwiająca uzyskanie wysokich klas czystości wyrobów polimerowych. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności PPHU PTS. Opracowanie nowej generacji wyrobów polimerowych uszczelniających system chłodzeni wymagać będzie w pierwszej fazie projektu opracowania nowego bazowego materiału polimerowego z którego wytwarzane będą uszczelnienia. Materiału polimerowego charakteryzującego się: - podwyższonymi parametrami fizyko mechanicznymi - podwyższonymi progami odporności na przyspieszone starzenia w wysokich temperaturach w suchym otoczeniu - podwyższonymi progami odporności na wysokie temperatury w środowisku mediów chemicznych W kolejnej fazie projektu konieczne będzie opracowanie i zbudowanie prototypów w środowisku laboratoryjnym oraz w warunkach rzeczywistego funkcjonowania i przeprowadzenie testów w zakresie badań odporności prototypów - na przyspieszone starzenia w wysokich temperaturach - na wysokie temperatury w środowisku mediów chemicznych - przeprowadzone zostaną również prace B+R w zakresie uzyskania wymaganych wysokich klas czystość uszczelnień polimerowych W związku z rozwojem technologii samochodów elektrycznych podpisany został List intencyjny między firmę Continental Automotive GmbH Siemensstrasse 12, 93055 Regensburg, Germany a PPHU PTS Tomczak w którym firma Continental Bussiness Unit Hybrid Electric Vehicles potwierdza zainteresowanie efektami prac B+R realizowanymi przez PPHU PTS w zakresie opracowania technologii (Polish)
