The project consists of the purchase and delivery of a compact container agricultural microbiogas plant with a capacity of 44 kWe and 90 kWt and its installation on the premises of the farmhouse. After setting on the paved surface, the device will be connected by a power cable to the nN grid at the point of energy consumption on the farm and by a heat pipeline to the heat cutting point in the farm buildings. In the fermentation process, only the slurry of dairy cows reared on the farm will be used. The device will be powered in a fully automated manner, which requires the construction of a sealed pipeline connecting the pump immersed in the slurry canal of dairy cows with the fermentation chamber of the device. The fermented slurry will be discharged by a built pipeline into an Ecobag tank with a capacity of 2 500 m³, into which it will be purchased with the device and then assembled on the farm. The water connection will allow you to maintain cleanliness inside and around the device. The device is equipped with an innovative Internet Control System, which allows, based on sensor reading signals, remote supervision and control of the operation of the device, thanks to which it always ensures optimal biological conditions for the colony of fermentation bacteria. Its operation requires a telecommunications connection. Part of the electricity produced and all heat will be consumed on the farm to fully meet its needs. More than 50 % of the electricity generated will be introduced into the electricity grid. The implementation of the Project involves the execution of the following works within a period of 5 months: hardening of at least 271 m² of surface at the place of implementation, purchase and assembly of fixed assets, making the necessary connections, carrying out the process of technological start-up. Projekt polega na zakupie i dostawie Urządzenia kompaktowej kontenerowej mikrobiogazowni rolniczej o mocy 44 kWe i 90 kWt oraz jego montażu na terenie zabudowy zagrodowej gospodarstwa. Urządzenie po ustawieniu na wykonanej utwardzonej nawierzchni zostanie przyłączone kablem elektroenergetycznym do sieci nN w punkcie poboru energii w gospodarstwie oraz ciepłociągiem do punktu rozbioru ciepła w budynkach gospodarczych. W procesie fermentacji używana będzie wyłącznie gnojowica krów mlecznych hodowanych w gospodarstwie. Urządzenie zasilane będzie w sposób w pełni zautomatyzowany, co wymaga wybudowania szczelnego rurociągu łączącego pompę zanurzoną w kanale gnojowym obory krów mlecznych z komorą fermentacyjną urządzenia. Przefermentowana gnojowica odprowadzana będzie wybudowanym rurociągiem do zbiornika typu ecobag o pojemności 2500 m3, w który zostanie zakupiony wraz z urządzeniem a następnie zmontowany w gospodarstwie. Przyłącze wody umożliwi zachowanie czystości wewnątrz i wokół urządzenie. Urządzenie wyposażone jest w innowacyjny Internetowy System Sterowania, który pozwala w oparciu o sygnały odczytu czujników, na zdalny nadzór i kontrolę pracy urządzenia, dzięki czemu zawsze zapewnia ono optymalne biologiczne warunki dla kolonii bakterii fermentacyjnych. Jego funkcjonowanie wymaga wykonania przyłącza telekomunikacyjnego. Część wytwarzanej energii elektrycznej oraz cała energia cieplna będą zużywane w gospodarstwie rolnym w pełni zaspokajając jego potrzeby. Ponad 50 % wytworzonej energii elektrycznej będzie wprowadzane do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Realizacja Projektu wiąże się z wykonaniem w okresie 5 miesięcy następujących prac: utwardzeniem min 271 m2 nawierzchni w miejscu realizacji, zakupem i montażem środków trwałych, wykonaniem niezbędnych przyłączy, przeprowadzeniem procesu rozruchu technologicznego.
