V areálu bude vybudován nový zdroj tepelné energie, a to výtopna na biomasu o půdorysných rozměrech 6,2 x 4,2 m. Tato výtopna bude přiléhat k jedné z rekonstruovaných hal a bude zhotovena z ocelových profilů opláštěná sendvičovými panely s izolací. Ve výtopně budou instalovány celkem 2 kotle o tepelném výkonu 1x 110 kW a 1x 150 kWOdvod spalin budou zajišťovat dva prefabrikované nerezové kouřovody s izolací o průměru 250mm. a. (Czech)

Une nouvelle source d’énergie thermique sera construite dans la région, à savoir une centrale de chauffage à biomasse d’une superficie de 6,2 x 4,2 m.
