    The project “Innovative practices and services in education” is aimed at solving the following common problems and challenges in the cross-border area: The lack of an objective and thorough analysis of the reasons for dropping out of school level; Necessity of innovative models regarding the work with children with special educational needs and educational deficits; The need for the use of modern educational methods and technologies; The need for modernization of equipment and development of extracurricular activities; Lack of teaching experience for working in a multicultural environment; Necessity to increase the capacity of the teachers by resorting to experience and good practices; Lack of school strategy to work with the parents of children with antisocial behavior and dropout prevention; Necessity of work with parents and relatives of pupils threatened to drop from school; The lack of dialogue with the other institutions concerned with children; - The need of creating a model of public monitoring involving parents The objectives of the project are aimed at improving the educational environment aiming to improve the quality of education and preventing school dropout and retention of children in the classroom. The main activities are related to the development, transfer and application of best practices, increasing the capacity of teachers, working with parents, development of extracurricular activities. A strategy will be developed "School policy model for prevention of school dropout" and a manual with examples of methodological activities and best practices. The results of the project are related to the expected results of the program and will contribute to the modernization of public services in education. (English)
