Predkladaný projekt je zameraný na rozvoj cezhraničnej spolupráce a zvýšenie kvality vzdelávania na gymnáziách, ktoré sú zapojené do projektu. V podmienkach prihraničného regiónu fungujú gymnázia, ktoré sú zaojené do tohto projektu. Gymnázia sa nachádzajú pomerne blizsko seba navzájom a napriek tomu absentuje akákoľvek širšia platforma spolupráce a dokonca aj komunikácie. Akákoľvek spolupráca je maximálne bilaterálna. Pričom v súčasnosti sa kladie veľký dôraz na kvalitu gymnaziálneho vzdelávania a to jednak z hľadiska uplatnenia absolventov na náročnom trhu práce a jedna z hľadiska ich ďalšieho pokračovania na vysokej škole. Úspešnosť v obidvoch týchto smeroch je vyslovene podmienená kvalitou vzdelávacieho procesu na gymnáziu. Preto by gymnázia mali neustále inovovať jednotlivé predmety tak, aby boli v súlade s požiadavkami trhu práce a v súlade s požiadavkami kvalitných vysokých škôl. Práve realizáciou tohto projektu sa prispieva ku naplneniu týchto požiadaviek. Školy vďaka realizácií projektu získajú inovovanú metodiku ku takmer všetkým vyučovacím predmetom a zároveň budú tieto inovácie obohatené o cezhraničný prvok. Vzájomná spoluráca je nevyhnutná na dosiahnutie výsledkov projektu, pretože nie je v možnostiach jednotlivých škôl inovovať všetky predmety len svojím vlastným úsilím. Zároveň je potrebné zdôrazniť, že výsledky projektu sú aplikovateľné aj na ostatných gymnáziách v ďalších regiónoch. (Slovak)

The presented project is focused on the development of cross-border cooperation and increasing the quality of education at grammar schools that are involved in the project. In the conditions of the border region, there are grammar schools that are involved in this project. Grammar schools are relatively close to each other and yet there is no wider platform for cooperation and even communication. Any cooperation is maximally bilateral. At present, great emphasis is placed on the quality of grammar school education, both in terms of the employment of graduates in the demanding labor market and in terms of their further continuation at university. Success in both of these directions is explicitly conditioned by the quality of the educational process at the grammar school. Therefore, grammar schools should constantly innovate individual subjects so that they are in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and in accordance with the requirements of quality universities. It is the implementation of this project that contributes to meeting these requirements. Thanks to the implementation of the project, schools will receive an innovated methodology for almost all subjects, and at the same time these innovations will be enriched with a cross-border element. Mutual cooperation is necessary to achieve the results of the project, because it is not possible for individual schools to innovate all subjects only by their own efforts. At the same time, it is necessary to emphasize that the results of the project are applicable to other grammar schools in other regions. (English)
