As part of the strategy of structuring a fashion sector in the region, the CMA and its partners have chosen to invest in a common professional training system by creating the Regional School of Fashion Trades to promote social inclusion through employment, to support young learners formerly out of the school system, formal and informal SMEs wishing to improve through mobility in order to seize regional employment opportunities in the textile and clothing industry and to impact on the migration flow of employment, by promoting the cross-border employment pool of the Mozambique Canal through the Trades Observatory. The operation foresees the creation of a network between CMA Mayotte and EDBM Madagascar, CAA Madagascar, UCCIA Comores, to facilitate the mobility of learners, their placement in internships and also their hiring. It is based on the creation of a realistic pedagogy, taking into account the potential of local, regional (cross-border and the African continent) and international markets. The investment is based on standard teaching tools (AGOA/EUROPE), training aimed at the market of tomorrow (Africa), a place for exchange between future professionals and professionals through continuous training.     Dans le cadre de la stratégie de structuration d’une filière de la mode dans la région, la CMA et ses partenaires ont choisi d’investir dans un système de formation professionnalisant commun en créant l’Ecole régionale des métiers de la mode pour favoriser l’inclusion sociale par l’emploi, d’accompagner les jeunes apprenants anciennement sortis du systèmes scolaire, les PME formelles et informelles souhaitant se perfectionner via la mobilité pour se saisir des opportunités d’emplois régionaux dans l’industrie textile et l’habillement et d’impacter sur le flux migratoire de l’emploi, en favorisant le bassin de l’emploi transfrontalier du canal du Mozambique grâce à l’observatoire des métiers. L’opération prévoit la création d’un réseau entre la CMA Mayotte et l’EDBM Madagascar, la CAA Madagascar, l’UCCIA Comores, pour faciliter la mobilité des apprenants, leur l’insertion en stage mais également leur embauche. Elle se repose sur la création d’une pédagogie réaliste, tenant compte du potentiel des marchés locaux, régionaux (transfrontalier et le continent africain) et internationaux. L’investissement repose sur des outils pédagogiques aux normes (AGOA/EUROPE), une formation tirée vers le marché de demain (l’Afrique), un lieu d’échange entre des futur professionnels et les professionnels grâce à la formation continue.
