The general objective of the project is to promote the development of continuous training systems and the competences of the transboundary territory in order to improve access to employment in relation to new productions of the forestry and rural sector, specifically in the production and processing of medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) and berries (B). The work will focus on the creation of a cross-border observatory and a collaborative network for the development of training modules, to obtain a new cross-border training offer with professional certification. The main results will consist of: trainers will have a better knowledge of the necessary competences and will exchange information on training systems with technicians and companies; the possible trainees (producers and rural entrepreneurs) will have updated information on the training offer in the territory and will benefit from its improvement at a cross-border level thanks to the updating of subjects and the creation of new courses; the trainees will receive quality training and will know the business reality of the territory; and finally, the bases for the sustainability of the courses will have been established and their validation will have been assured to certify the acquisition of the skills of the trained professionals.
