The project addresses the current problem of employment of university graduates in the Czech-Polish borderland. It relies on the untapped potential of ecotourism in protected natural areas in economically marginal border regions. The project’s aim is to innovatively strengthen the practical communication, knowledge and skill competences of students from three universities so that they are well prepared to enter the cross-border labour market as managers of sustainable development of ecotourism.
