    The major project activities are the construction of two Automatic Observatory Towers for detection of forests' fires in both municipalities and the supply of equipment for two Control Centers that will be situated on the targeted cross-border territory. The successful implementation of the activity will result in the provision of all the necessary equipment for the AOTs installation, ready to be assembled operational after the construction works. As a core activity will be the elaboration of Joint Action Plan for providing all necessary procedures and tactics so as to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of intervention measures in critical situations in the targeted cross-border region. During all phases of the proposal, the project management and the awareness activities will be implemented in order to be ensured the smooth completion of the activities and their visibility.
