The project aims to support youth employment in cross border area through promotion of mobility and vocational education of young people, building their capacities in the sector of project management. First initiative will provide 375 young people with the unique opportunity to acquire both professional skills and intercultural competences. Target groups of the 15 project management training sessions (one in each administrative unit) are the students (last classes in high schools) who will soon have to decide what they will do in future. Therefore, by organizing the training sessions, the project will enhance the character of a professional counselling and will acquaint students with what has become the most popular “job”, the PM one, developing their personal skills, preparing them for a future adequate to the trends.
