The problems faced by farmers on both sides of the Franco-Belgian border are all the more worrying because the regulatory, commercial, environmental and societal demands are increasingly stringent in terms of crop protection. To sustain their activity and carve out a place for themselves in the agriculture of tomorrow, producers of fresh or industrial vegetables are thus faced with a constant need for evolution and technical adaptation. The ECOPAD project aims to develop a cross-border agro-ecological approach through several modules that will include project management and communication activities, as well as integrated crop protection in three phases: prevention, observation and action. The project will enable the acquisition of new references by conducting research, and will pay particular attention to the dissemination of information to the producers. That is why the transfer of the acquired references to the target audience will take place via several means of communication (visits, publications, newsletters, seminars). (English)
