Digital Service Tray (DST) digitalizes all local service provision using experiences of prize-winning innovation of Kainuu (http://palvelutarjotin.kainuu.fi), the MyServices solution and other innovative models. For customers DST increases freedom of choice by finding, comparing and peer reviewing local services. For service providers (public bodies, SMEs and NGOs) DST is new free of charge digital market place. For public authority DST is a tool for solution-oriented customer guidance and a digital platform for private-public-partnership-in-practice (pppp). During the preparatory project best practices of digitalization will be gathered. DST of Kainuu, MyServices of Scotland and at least third best practice will be mutually transferred to other regions during the main project. With transnational cooperation on new eService Entity will be created using the above mentioned innovations. New methods are developed and piloted in changing the working culture of both public authority and service providers. With pppp new ways of arranging local services are developed. (English)
