The project proposal envisages to ensure sustainability and continuity in the process of promoting the policies of the EU, the SP, the management and implementation of ESIF on the territory of the Razgrad region through the implementation of the activity to ensure the effective functioning of the EIC — Razgrad in the period 2022-2023. The services provided by the Centre will contribute to increase public confidence in the process of managing the programmes co-financed by the EU, greater transparency in their implementation, promotion and support of the implementation of the integrated territorial approach in Bulgaria. The planned activities for conducting information events and working with media, on developing and disseminating information materials, etc. are in line with the objectives of the National Communication Strategy and the SP, because they will build on the knowledge of EU cohesion policy, will promote the opportunities for applying for the programmes, as well as the successfully implemented projects with European funding, the results achieved and good practices on them. Ensuring the effective functioning of the regional center, which in conducting information events works in close cooperation with the municipal and regional administrations on the territory of the district, with the REA, with local schools and kindergartens, with the Labour Office, the structures of the SFA, NGOs and community centers, media, etc. promotes the implementation of the partnership principle. The provision of free services in 2022-2023 will provide easy and equal access to information on objectives, ways and funding opportunities for a wide range of beneficiaries, all ethnic and age groups, people at risk and disadvantaged, regardless of their gender or ethnicity, which is in line with the principle of promoting equality between men and women, and different information channels that involve paperless work, including online events, will support green development. Проектното предложение предвижда да осигури устойчивост и непрекъсваемост в процеса на популяризиране на политиките на ЕС, СП, управлението и изпълнението на ЕСИФ на територията на област Разград чрез изпълнение на дейността по осигуряване ефективното функциониране на ОИЦ - Разград в периода 2022-2023 г. Предоставяните услуги от центъра ще способстват за повишаване общественото доверие в процеса на управление на програмите, съфинансирани от ЕС, по-голямата прозрачност при изпълнението им, популяризирането и подпомагане прилагането на интегрирания териториален подход в България. Предвижданите дейности по провеждане на информационни събития и работа с медии, по разработване и разпространение на информационни материали и др. са в унисон с целите на Нац. комуник. стратегия и СП, защото ще надградят познаваемостта за кохезионната политиката на ЕС, ще популяризират възможностите за кандидатстване по програмите, както и успешно реализираните проекти с европ. финансиране, постигнатите резултати и добри практики по тях. Обезпечаването на ефективното функциониране на областния център, които при провеждане на информационните събития работи в тясно сътрудничество с общинските и областна администрации на територията на областта, с РУО, с местните училища и детски градини, с бюрото по труда, структурите на ДФЗ, НПО и читалищата, медии и др. насърчава прилагането на принципа за партньорство. Чрез предоставянето на безплатни услуги в периода 2022-2023 г. ще се осигури лесен и равен достъп до информация за цели, начини и възможности за финансиране за максимално широк кръг бенефициенти, за всички етнически и възрастови групи, за хората в риск и тези в неравностойно положение, без оглед на техния пол или етническа принадлежност, което е в съответствие с принципа за насърчаване на равенството между мъжете и жените, а различните канали за предоставяне на информация, които предполагат работа без използване на хартия, в т.ч. и онлайн събития, ще подпомогнат екологосъобразното развитие.
