В рамките на ОПРР 2014-2020 и съгласно утвърдената Карта на резидентните услуги, в Община град Добрич ще бъде ремонтиран, оборудван и обзаведен общински имот за предоставяне на нова социална услуга - център за настаняване от семеен тип за деца и младежи без увреждания. Наблюдаваното жилище ще бъде с капацитет до 6 места за младежи без увреждания на 18-21- годишна възраст, които трябва да напуснат специализирана институция или социална услуга от резидентен тип. Новата услуга ще допълни социалните услуги, предоставяни от общината, и ще удовлетвори потребностите на младежите от услуга в общността, която да им даде възможност за успешна социална интеграция в обществото и на работния пазар. Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда наблюдаваното жилище да бъде разкрито в общински апартамент, който се намира в централната част на града. Апартаментът ще бъде ремонтиран, оборудван и обзаведен по начин, който да отговаря на Функционалните изисквания /Приложение Н/, приложени към пакета с документи за кандидатстване. Обзавеждането ще бъде стандартно, идентично със „средностатистическо жилище”. Съгласно предвиденото в Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда ще бъде извършен ремонт на материалната база, включително прилежащо дворно пространство, ще бъде закупено обзавеждане и оборудване за съществуващ Дневен център за деца с увреждания (ДЦДУ). Целта е да се разшири дейността му и да се включат дейности от Център за социална рехабилитация и интеграция (ЦСРИ) с цел подобряване и превръщането им в дневни центрове за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства съгласно Акуализирания план за действие за изпълнение на Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България. Всички ремонтни дейности, както и обзавеждането и оборудването ще бъдат съобразени с Функционалните изисквания за Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, приложени към пакета с документи за кандидатстване. Within the framework of OPRG 2014-2020 and according to the approved map of resident services, a municipal property will be renovated, equipped and furnished in the Municipality of Dobrich to provide a new social service — a family-type accommodation centre for children and young people without disabilities. The observed housing will have a capacity of up to 6 places for young people without disabilities aged 18-21 who have to leave a specialised institution or a resident social service. The new service will complement the social services provided by the municipality and will meet the needs of young people for a community service that will enable them to successfully integrate socially and into the labour market. This project proposal foresees that the observed dwelling will be opened in a municipal apartment located in the central part of the city. The apartment will be renovated, equipped and furnished in a way that meets the Functional Requirements/Annex H/, attached to the application document package. The furniture will be standard, identical to the “average dwelling”. As provided for in the Community Support Services Map and in a family environment, repairs of the facilities, including adjacent yard space, will be purchased for an existing Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities (DCDU). The aim is to expand its activities and include activities from the Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration (CSRI) in order to improve and transform them into day-to-day centres for support of children with disabilities and their families in accordance with the Active Action Plan for the implementation of the National Strategy "Vision for the deinstitutionalisation of children in the Republic of Bulgaria. All repairs as well as furniture and equipment will comply with the Functional Requirements for the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families, attached to the application document package. Dans le cadre de l’OPRG 2014-2020 et selon la carte approuvée des services résidents, une propriété municipale sera rénovée, équipée et meublée dans la municipalité de Dobrich pour fournir un nouveau service social — un centre d’hébergement de type familial pour les enfants et les jeunes sans handicap. Le logement observé aura une capacité maximale de 6 places pour les jeunes sans handicap âgés de 18 à 21 ans qui doivent quitter une institution spécialisée ou un service social résident. Le nouveau service complétera les services sociaux fournis par la municipalité et répondra aux besoins des jeunes en matière de service communautaire qui leur permettra de s’intégrer socialement et sur le marché du travail. Cette proposition de projet prévoit que le logement observé sera ouvert dans un appartement municipal situé dans la partie centrale de la ville. L’appartement sera rénové, équipé et meublé d’une manière qui réponde aux exigences fonctionnelles/Annexe H/, jointe au dossier de demande. Le mobilier sera standard, identique au «logement moyen». Tel que prévu dans la carte des services de soutien communautaire et dans un milieu familial, les réparations des installations, y compris l’espace de triage adjacent, seront achetées pour un centre de garde pour enfants handicapés (DCDU) existant. L’objectif est d’étendre ses activités et d’inclure des activités du Centre de réadaptation et d’intégration sociales (CSRI) afin de les améliorer et de les transformer en centres quotidiens de soutien aux enfants handicapés et à leur famille, conformément au Plan d’action actif pour la mise en œuvre de la Stratégie nationale «Vision pour la désinstitutionnalisation des enfants en République de Bulgarie». Im Rahmen der OPRG 2014-2020 und der genehmigten Karte der gebietsansässigen Dienstleistungen wird ein kommunales Anwesen in der Gemeinde Dobrich renoviert, ausgestattet und eingerichtet werden, um einen neuen Sozialdienst zu schaffen – ein Familienunterkunftszentrum für Kinder und Jugendliche ohne Behinderungen. Der beobachtete Wohnraum wird eine Kapazität von bis zu 6 Plätzen für junge Menschen ohne Behinderung im Alter von 18 bis 21 Jahren haben, die eine spezialisierte Einrichtung oder eine gebietsansässige Sozialdienststelle verlassen müssen. Der neue Dienst wird die von der Gemeinde angebotenen sozialen Dienstleistungen ergänzen und den Bedürfnissen junger Menschen nach einem Gemeinwohldienst gerecht werden, der es ihnen ermöglicht, sich erfolgreich sozial und in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Dieser Projektvorschlag sieht vor, dass die beobachtete Wohnung in einer kommunalen Wohnung im zentralen Teil der Stadt geöffnet wird. Die Wohnung wird so renoviert, ausgestattet und eingerichtet, dass sie den funktionalen Anforderungen/Anhang H/entspricht, die dem Antragsdokumentpaket beigefügt sind. In het kader van OPRG 2014-2020 en volgens de goedgekeurde kaart van ingezeten diensten zal een gemeentelijk onroerend goed in de gemeente Dobrich worden gerenoveerd, uitgerust en ingericht om een nieuwe sociale dienst te verlenen — een gezinscentrum voor kinderen en jongeren zonder handicap. De waargenomen huisvesting zal een capaciteit van maximaal 6 plaatsen hebben voor jongeren zonder handicap van 18-21 jaar die een gespecialiseerde instelling of een inwonende sociale dienst moeten verlaten. De nieuwe dienst vormt een aanvulling op de maatschappelijke dienstverlening van de gemeente en beantwoordt aan de behoeften van jongeren aan een gemeenschapsdienst die hen in staat zal stellen sociaal en op de arbeidsmarkt met succes te integreren. Dit projectvoorstel voorziet in de opening van de geobserveerde woning in een gemeentelijk appartement in het centrale deel van de stad. Het appartement zal worden gerenoveerd, uitgerust en ingericht op een manier die voldoet aan de functionele eisen/bijlage H/, gehecht aan het aanvraagdocumentpakket. Het meubilair zal standaard zijn, identiek aan de „gemiddelde woning”. Zoals bepaald in de kaart van de communautaire ondersteunende diensten en in een familiale omgeving, zullen reparaties van de faciliteiten, met inbegrip van aangrenzende tuinruimte, worden gekocht voor een bestaand kinderdagverblijf voor kinderen met een handicap (DCDU). Het doel is haar activiteiten uit te breiden en activiteiten van het Centrum voor Sociale Revalidatie en Integratie (CSRI) te omvatten, teneinde deze te verbeteren en om te vormen tot dagelijkse centra ter ondersteuning van kinderen met een handicap en hun gezinnen, overeenkomstig het actieve actieplan voor de uitvoering van de nationale strategie „Bezoek voor de deïnstitutionalisering van kinderen in de Republiek Bulgarije”. Alle reparaties en meubels en uitrusting voldoen aan de functionele eisen voor het Dagzorgcentrum voor kinderen met een handicap en hun gezinnen, die aan het aanvraagdocumentpakket zijn gehecht. Nell'ambito di OPRG 2014-2020 e secondo la carta dei servizi residenti approvata, una proprietà comunale sarà ristrutturata, attrezzata e arredata nel Comune di Dobrich per fornire un nuovo servizio sociale — un centro di accoglienza familiare per bambini e giovani senza disabilità. Gli alloggi osservati avranno una capacità fino a 6 posti per i giovani senza disabilità di età compresa tra i 18 e i 21 anni che devono lasciare un'istituzione specializzata o un servizio sociale residente. Il nuovo servizio integrerà i servizi sociali forniti dal comune e risponderà alle esigenze dei giovani di un servizio comunitario che consenta loro di integrarsi con successo sul piano sociale e nel mercato del lavoro. Questa proposta di progetto prevede che l'abitazione osservata sia aperta in un appartamento comunale situato nella parte centrale della città. L'appartamento sarà ristrutturato, attrezzato e arredato in modo conforme ai Requisiti Funzionali/Allegato H/, allegato al fascicolo di domanda. I mobili saranno standard, identici alla "abitazione media". Come previsto nella mappa dei servizi di sostegno comunitario e in un ambiente familiare, le riparazioni delle strutture, compreso lo spazio adiacente, saranno acquistate per un centro di assistenza diurno per i bambini con disabilità (DCDU) esistente. L'obiettivo è ampliare le sue attività e includere attività del Centro per la riabilitazione e l'integrazione sociale (CSRI) al fine di migliorarle e trasformarle in centri quotidiani per il sostegno dei bambini con disabilità e delle loro famiglie, in conformità con il piano d'azione attivo per l'attuazione della strategia nazionale "Visione per la deistituzionalizzazione dei bambini nella Repubblica di Bulgaria. En el marco del OPRG 2014-2020 y de acuerdo con el mapa aprobado de servicios de residentes, se renovará, equipará y equipará una propiedad municipal en el municipio de Dobrich para proporcionar un nuevo servicio social, un centro de alojamiento de tipo familiar para niños y jóvenes sin discapacidad. La vivienda observada tendrá una capacidad de hasta 6 plazas para jóvenes sin discapacidad de 18 a 21 años de edad que tengan que abandonar una institución especializada o un servicio social residente. El nuevo servicio complementará los servicios sociales prestados por el municipio y atenderá las necesidades de los jóvenes para un servicio comunitario que les permita integrarse con éxito en la sociedad y en el mercado laboral. Esta propuesta de proyecto prevé que la vivienda observada se abra en un apartamento municipal situado en la parte central de la ciudad. El apartamento será renovado, equipado y amueblado de manera que cumpla con los Requisitos Funcionales/Anexo H/, adjunto al paquete de documentos de aplicación. El mobiliario será estándar, idéntico a la «vivienda media». De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Mapa de los Servicios de Apoyo a la Comunidad y en un entorno familiar, se adquirirán reparaciones de las instalaciones, incluido el patio adyacente, para un centro de guardería para niños con discapacidad (DCDU). El objetivo es ampliar sus actividades e incluir actividades del Centro de Rehabilitación e Integración Social (CSRI) a fin de mejorarlos y transformarlos en centros cotidianos de apoyo a los niños con discapacidad y sus familias, de conformidad con el Plan de Acción Activo para la aplicación de la Estrategia Nacional «Visión para la desinstitucionalización de los niños en la República de Bulgaria».
