Проектът има за цел да реализира цялостна програма за социално-икономическо включване на уязвими групи в Община Пловдив чрез осигуряване на подобрен достъп до образование, заетост и здраве.Субсидираната заетост ще намали нивото на бедност в общностите на етническите малцинства, като същевременно осигури достъп до пазара на труда за работниците с ниска квалификация. Обученията, които ще се провеждат по проекта, имат за цел да подобрят мотивацията и компетентностите на хората от целевата група, както и да повишат тяхната пригодност за заетост чрез надграждане на техните професионални умения.Проектът също така има за цел да подпомогне социалното включване на деца от етнически малцинства чрез повишаване на тяхната мотивация и участие в образователни, културни и спортни дейности, подобряване на владеенето на български език, подобряване на тяхната учебна среда, стимулиране на техните артистични и спортни постижения. Работата с родителите е друг важен аспект на проекта, който ще подкрепи групови образователни дейности, включващи както деца, така и родители. (Bulgarian)

The project aims to implement a comprehensive program for socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Plovdiv by providing improved access to education, employment and health. The subsidised employment will reduce the level of poverty in the communities of ethnic minorities, while ensuring access to the labour market for low-skilled workers. The trainings to be carried out under the project aim to improve the motivation and competences of the people in the target group, as well as to increase their employability by upgrading their professional skills. The project also aims to support the social inclusion of children from ethnic minorities by increasing their motivation and participation in educational, cultural and sporting activities, improving their knowledge of Bulgarian language, improving their learning environment, stimulating their artistic and sporting achievements. Working with parents is another important aspect of the project that will support group education activities involving both children and parents. (English)

Le projet vise à mettre en œuvre un programme global d’inclusion socio-économique des groupes vulnérables dans la municipalité de Plovdiv en améliorant l’accès à l’éducation, à l’emploi et à la santé. L’emploi subventionné permettra de réduire le niveau de pauvreté dans les communautés de minorités ethniques, tout en assurant l’accès au marché du travail pour les travailleurs peu qualifiés. Les formations prévues dans le cadre du projet visent à améliorer la motivation et les compétences des personnes appartenant au groupe cible, ainsi qu’à accroître leur employabilité en améliorant leurs compétences professionnelles. Le projet vise également à soutenir l’inclusion sociale des enfants issus de minorités ethniques en augmentant leur motivation et leur participation à des activités éducatives, culturelles et sportives, en améliorant leur connaissance de la langue bulgare, en améliorant leur environnement d’apprentissage et en stimulant leurs réalisations artistiques et sportives. La collaboration avec les parents est un autre aspect important du projet qui appuiera les activités d’éducation de groupe auxquelles participent à la fois les enfants et les parents. (French)

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, ein umfassendes Programm zur sozioökonomischen Eingliederung schutzbedürftiger Gruppen in die Gemeinde Plovdiv durch einen verbesserten Zugang zu Bildung, Beschäftigung und Gesundheit umzusetzen. Die geförderte Beschäftigung wird das Armutsniveau in den Gemeinschaften ethnischer Minderheiten verringern und gleichzeitig den Zugang gering qualifizierter Arbeitskräfte zum Arbeitsmarkt gewährleisten. Die im Rahmen des Projekts durchzuführenden Schulungen zielen darauf ab, die Motivation und die Kompetenzen der Menschen in der Zielgruppe zu verbessern und ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit durch Verbesserung ihrer beruflichen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern. Das Projekt zielt ferner darauf ab, die soziale Inklusion von Kindern ethnischer Minderheiten zu fördern, indem sie ihre Motivation und Teilhabe an Bildungs-, Kultur- und Sportaktivitäten erhöht, ihre Kenntnisse in bulgarischer Sprache verbessert, ihr Lernumfeld verbessert und ihre künstlerischen und sportlichen Leistungen fördert. Die Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern ist ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt des Projekts, mit dem Gruppenbildungsmaßnahmen unterstützt werden, an denen sowohl Kinder als auch Eltern beteiligt sind. (German)

Het project heeft tot doel een uitgebreid programma voor sociaaleconomische inclusie van kwetsbare groepen in de gemeente Plovdiv uit te voeren door de toegang tot onderwijs, werkgelegenheid en gezondheid te verbeteren. De gesubsidieerde werkgelegenheid zal het armoedeniveau in de gemeenschappen van etnische minderheden verminderen en tegelijkertijd de toegang tot de arbeidsmarkt voor laaggeschoolde werknemers waarborgen. De in het kader van het project uit te voeren opleidingen hebben tot doel de motivatie en competenties van de mensen in de doelgroep te verbeteren en hun inzetbaarheid te vergroten door hun professionele vaardigheden te verbeteren. Het project heeft ook tot doel de sociale inclusie van kinderen uit etnische minderheden te ondersteunen door hun motivatie en deelname aan educatieve, culturele en sportieve activiteiten te vergroten, hun kennis van de Bulgaarse taal te verbeteren, hun leeromgeving te verbeteren, hun artistieke en sportieve prestaties te stimuleren. Werken met ouders is een ander belangrijk aspect van het project dat groepsonderwijsactiviteiten waarbij zowel kinderen als ouders betrokken zijn, zal ondersteunen. (Dutch)

Il progetto mira ad attuare un programma globale per l'inclusione socioeconomica dei gruppi vulnerabili nel comune di Plovdiv fornendo un migliore accesso all'istruzione, all'occupazione e alla salute. L'occupazione sovvenzionata ridurrà il livello di povertà nelle comunità di minoranze etniche, garantendo nel contempo l'accesso al mercato del lavoro per i lavoratori poco qualificati. Le formazioni da svolgere nell'ambito del progetto mirano a migliorare la motivazione e le competenze delle persone del gruppo target, nonché ad aumentare la loro occupabilità attraverso l'aggiornamento delle loro competenze professionali. Il progetto mira inoltre a sostenere l'inclusione sociale dei bambini appartenenti a minoranze etniche aumentando la loro motivazione e partecipazione ad attività educative, culturali e sportive, migliorando la loro conoscenza della lingua bulgara, migliorando il loro ambiente di apprendimento, stimolando le loro realizzazioni artistiche e sportive. Lavorare con i genitori è un altro aspetto importante del progetto che sosterrà le attività educative di gruppo che coinvolgono sia i bambini che i genitori. (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto es implementar un programa integral para la inclusión socioeconómica de los grupos vulnerables en el municipio de Plovdiv, proporcionando un mejor acceso a la educación, el empleo y la salud. El empleo subvencionado reducirá el nivel de pobreza en las comunidades de minorías étnicas, garantizando al mismo tiempo el acceso al mercado laboral de los trabajadores poco cualificados. Las formaciones que se llevarán a cabo en el marco del proyecto tienen por objeto mejorar la motivación y las competencias de las personas del grupo destinatario, así como aumentar su empleabilidad mejorando sus competencias profesionales, así como apoyar la inclusión social de los niños pertenecientes a minorías étnicas aumentando su motivación y participación en actividades educativas, culturales y deportivas, mejorando sus conocimientos del idioma búlgaro, mejorando su entorno de aprendizaje y estimulando sus logros artísticos y deportivos. El trabajo con los padres es otro aspecto importante del proyecto que apoyará las actividades de educación en grupo en las que participen tanto niños como padres. (Spanish)
