Създаване на информационна система за докладване на данни за качество на атмосферния въздух (КАВ) до Европейската агенция по околна среда (ЕАОС) и Европейската комисия (ЕК), която да осигури изпълнение на ангажиментите на Р България като държава- членка на ЕС, по потоци, включващи информация за зони и агломерации, информация за първични данни от измерванията, информация за нивата на замърсяване на атмосферния въздух и постигане на екологичните цели, информация относно общинските програми за КАВ, мерките, заложени в програмите и документиране на избора на площадки на пунктовете за мониторинг на КАВ. Правилата за взаимния обмен на информация и докладване за качеството на атмосферния въздух за отделните държави са посочени в Директиви 2004/107/ЕО и 2008/50/ЕО на Европейския парламент и на Съвета и в Решение за изпълнение 2011/850/ЕС и на Комисията относно начините за електронно докладване до ЕАОС и съответните срокове. Правилата за начините, по които трябва да бъдат избрани и документирани площадките са съгласно Директива (ЕО) 2015/1480 на Комисията. (Bulgarian)

Establishment of an information system for the reporting of ambient air quality (AQQ) data to the European Environment Agency (EEA) and the European Commission (EC) to ensure the implementation of Bulgaria’s commitments as an EU Member State by flows including information on zones and agglomerations, information on primary measurement data, information on levels of ambient air pollution and achievement of environmental objectives, information on municipal AAQ programmes, measures set out in the programmes and documentation of the selection of sites at the AAQ monitoring sites. The rules for the mutual exchange of information and country-by-country reporting on ambient air quality are laid down in Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and in Implementing Decision 2011/850/EU and the Commission on how to report electronically to the EEA and the relevant deadlines. The rules on how sites are to be selected and documented are in accordance with Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1480. (English)

Mise en place d’un système d’information pour la communication des données relatives à la qualité de l’air ambiant (QQA) à l’Agence européenne pour l’environnement (AEE) et à la Commission européenne (CE) afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre des engagements pris par la Bulgarie en tant qu’État membre de l’UE par des flux comprenant des informations sur les zones et agglomérations, des informations sur les données de mesure primaire, des informations sur les niveaux de pollution de l’air ambiant et la réalisation des objectifs environnementaux, des informations sur les programmes municipaux de QAA, les mesures prévues dans les programmes et la documentation relative à la sélection des sites sur les sites de surveillance de la QAA. Les règles relatives à l’échange mutuel d’informations et aux rapports pays par pays sur la qualité de l’air ambiant sont fixées dans les directives 2004/107/CE et 2008/50/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil et dans la décision d’exécution 2011/850/UE et la Commission sur la manière de faire rapport par voie électronique à l’AEE et les délais correspondants. Les règles relatives à la sélection et à la documentation des sites sont conformes à la directive (UE) 2015/1480 de la Commission. (French)

Einrichtung eines Informationssystems für die Meldung von Daten über die Luftqualität (AQQ) an die Europäische Umweltagentur (EUA) und die Europäische Kommission (EG) zur Gewährleistung der Umsetzung der Verpflichtungen Bulgariens als EU-Mitgliedstaat durch Ströme, einschließlich Informationen über Gebiete und Ballungsräume, Informationen über Primärmessdaten, Informationen über das Niveau der Luftverschmutzung und das Erreichen der Umweltziele, Informationen über kommunale AAQ-Programme, Maßnahmen in den Programmen und Dokumentation der Auswahl der Standorte an den Überwachungsstandorten der AAQ. Die Vorschriften für den gegenseitigen Informationsaustausch und die länderspezifische Berichterstattung über die Luftqualität sind in den Richtlinien 2004/107/EG und 2008/50/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates sowie in dem Durchführungsbeschluss 2011/850/EU und der Kommission über die elektronische Berichterstattung an den EWR und die entsprechenden Fristen festgelegt. Opzetten van een informatiesysteem voor de rapportage van gegevens over de luchtkwaliteit (AQQ) aan het Europees Milieuagentschap (EEA) en de Europese Commissie (EG) om ervoor te zorgen dat de verbintenissen van Bulgarije als EU-lidstaat worden nagekomen door stromen, met inbegrip van informatie over zones en agglomeraties, informatie over primaire meetgegevens, informatie over de niveaus van luchtverontreiniging en de verwezenlijking van milieudoelstellingen, informatie over gemeentelijke AAQ-programma’s, maatregelen in de programma’s en documentatie over de selectie van locaties op de monitoringlocaties van de luchtkwaliteit. De regels voor de wederzijdse uitwisseling van informatie en de verslaglegging per land over de luchtkwaliteit zijn vastgelegd in de Richtlijnen 2004/107/EG en 2008/50/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad en in Uitvoeringsbesluit 2011/850/EU en de Commissie over de wijze waarop elektronisch verslag moet worden uitgebracht aan het EMA en de desbetreffende termijnen. De regels voor de wijze waarop sites moeten worden geselecteerd en gedocumenteerd, zijn in overeenstemming met Richtlijn (EU) 2015/1480 van de Commissie. (Dutch)

Istituzione di un sistema d'informazione per la comunicazione dei dati relativi alla qualità dell'aria ambiente all'Agenzia europea dell'ambiente (AEA) e alla Commissione europea (CE) per garantire l'attuazione degli impegni assunti dalla Bulgaria in quanto Stato membro dell'UE mediante flussi, tra cui informazioni sulle zone e sugli agglomerati, informazioni sui dati primari di misurazione, informazioni sui livelli di inquinamento atmosferico ambientale e sul conseguimento degli obiettivi ambientali, informazioni sui programmi municipali sulla qualità dell'aria ambiente, misure stabilite nei programmi e documentazione sulla selezione dei siti presso i siti di monitoraggio AAQ. Le norme per lo scambio reciproco di informazioni e la comunicazione paese per paese in materia di qualità dell'aria ambiente sono stabilite nelle direttive 2004/107/CE e 2008/50/CE del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, nella decisione di esecuzione 2011/850/UE e nella Commissione sulle modalità di comunicazione elettronica al SEE e sui relativi termini. Le norme sulle modalità di selezione e di documentazione dei siti sono conformi alla direttiva (UE) 2015/1480 della Commissione. (Italian)

Establecimiento de un sistema de información para la comunicación de datos sobre la calidad del aire ambiente a la Agencia Europea de Medio Ambiente (AEMA) y a la Comisión Europea (CE) para garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos de Bulgaria como Estado miembro de la UE mediante flujos, incluida información sobre zonas y aglomeraciones, información sobre los datos primarios de medición, información sobre los niveles de contaminación del aire ambiente y la consecución de los objetivos medioambientales, información sobre los programas municipales AAQ, medidas establecidas en los programas y documentación de la selección de emplazamientos en los lugares de seguimiento de la AAQ. Las normas para el intercambio mutuo de información y la información país por país sobre la calidad del aire ambiente se establecen en las Directivas 2004/107/CE y 2008/50/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo y en la Decisión de Ejecución 2011/850/UE y la Comisión sobre cómo informar electrónicamente al EEE y los plazos pertinentes.
