Основната цел на проекта е предоставяне на услугата телемедицина чрез създаването на система за телемедицина, включваща онлайн платформа и съответните медицински измервателни уреди. Изпълнението на проекта ще доведе до пазарната реализация на услуга в две от тематичните области на ИСИС, а именно: „ИКТ и информатика” и „Индустрия за здравословен живот и биотехнологии”.Реализирането на предприемаческата идея ще бъде възможно чрез осигуряване на подкрепа за създаване и развитие на „Алгера БГ“ ЕООД, като новосъздадено дружество с основна икономическа дейност с код по КИД: 62.09 Други дейности в областта на информационните технологии. Специфични цели: -Да бъде насърчен предприемачът (жена на 54 години) да осъществи своята предприемаческа идея за създаване на система за телемедицина на територията на област Сливен, предмет на настоящия проект;-Да се създадат условия системата за телемедицина да позволява, както моментно събиране на широк спектър от данни за конкретен пациент и своевременното им изпращане към лекуващ или наблюдаващ лекар, така и възможност за дистанционно непрекъснато следене в реално време на жизнени показатели на пациенти (холтер мониториране);-Да се даде възможност на предприемача да реализира и развие своята предприемаческа идея чрез ангажирането на квалифициран екип и закупуване на високотехнологично оборудване, така че идеята да бъде осъществена по възможно най-добрия и конкурентоспособен начин и предлаганата иновативна услуга към крайните клиенти да бъде с необходимото високо качество;-Да се създадат условия за интелигентен и устойчив растеж на новосъздаденото дружество чрез преодоляване на съществуващите ограничения и пречки, свързани основно с достъпа до финансиране. The main objective of the project is to provide the telemedicine service through the establishment of a telemedicine system, including an online platform and the corresponding medical meters. The implementation of the project will lead to the commercialisation of a service in two of the thematic areas of ESIS, namely: “ICT and Informatics” and “Industry for Healthy Life and Biotechnology”. The realisation of the entrepreneurial idea will be possible by providing support for the creation and development of “Algera BG” Ltd. as a newly created company with main economic activity with code according to KID: 62.09 Other information technology activities. Specific objectives: — Encourage the entrepreneur (woman 54 years old) to realise his entrepreneurial idea of setting up a telemedicine system on the territory of the Sliven district, subject to this project;-Enable the telemedicine system to allow both the momentary collection of a wide range of data on a specific patient and the timely transmission to a treating or supervising physician and the possibility of remotely continuous real-time monitoring of patients’ vital performance (holter monitoring);-To enable the entrepreneur to realise and develop its entrepreneurial idea by engaging a qualified team and purchasing high-tech equipment, so that the idea of achieving a high-quality solution is achieved with the best possible, competitive and innovative business. L’objectif principal du projet est de fournir le service de télémédecine par la mise en place d’un système de télémédecine, comprenant une plateforme en ligne et les compteurs médicaux correspondants. La mise en œuvre du projet conduira à la commercialisation d’un service dans deux des domaines thématiques de la FEIS, à savoir: «TIC et informatique» et «Industrie pour une vie saine et la biotechnologie». La réalisation de l’idée entrepreneuriale sera possible en apportant un soutien à la création et au développement de «Algera BG» Ltd. en tant qu’entreprise nouvellement créée avec une activité économique principale avec code selon KID: 62.09 Autres activités liées aux technologies de l’information. Objectifs spécifiques: — Encourager l’entrepreneur (femme de 54 ans) à réaliser son idée entrepreneuriale de mettre en place un système de télémédecine sur le territoire du district de Sliven, sous réserve de ce projet;-Permettre au système de télémédecine de permettre à la fois la collecte momentanée d’un large éventail de données sur un patient spécifique et la transmission en temps opportun à un médecin traitant ou de supervision et la possibilité d’un suivi en temps réel à distance des performances vitales des patients (suivi intensif);-Pour permettre à l’entrepreneur de réaliser et de développer son idée entrepreneuriale en engageant une équipe qualifiée et en achetant des équipements de haute technologie, afin que l’idée de parvenir à une solution de haute qualité soit réalisée avec les meilleures entreprises, compétitives et innovantes. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Bereitstellung des Telemedizindienstes durch die Einrichtung eines Telemedizinsystems, einschließlich einer Online-Plattform und der entsprechenden medizinischen Zähler. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Kommerzialisierung eines Dienstes in zwei thematischen Bereichen des ESIS führen: „IKT und Informatik“ und „Industrie für gesundes Leben und Biotechnologie“. Die Realisierung der unternehmerischen Idee wird möglich sein, indem die Gründung und Entwicklung von „Algera BG“ Ltd. als neu gegründetes Unternehmen mit Hauptwirtschaftstätigkeit mit Code nach KID unterstützt wird: 62.09 Sonstige Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Informationstechnologie. Spezifische Ziele: — Ermutigen Sie den Unternehmer (Frau 54 Jahre alt), seine unternehmerische Idee zu verwirklichen, ein Telemedizinsystem auf dem Gebiet des Bezirks Sliven einzurichten, vorbehaltlich dieses Projekts;-Ermöglichung des Telemedizinsystems, um sowohl die momentane Erfassung einer breiten Palette von Daten über einen bestimmten Patienten als auch die rechtzeitige Übertragung an einen behandelnden oder beaufsichtigenden Arzt zu ermöglichen und die Möglichkeit einer ferngesteuerten Echtzeitüberwachung der lebenswichtigen Leistung der Patienten (Holter-Monitoring) zu ermöglichen;- Damit der Unternehmer seine unternehmerische Idee verwirklichen und entwickeln kann, indem ein qualifiziertes Team eingesetzt wird und High-Tech-Geräte gekauft werden, so dass die Idee einer qualitativ hochwertigen Lösung mit dem bestmöglichen, wettbewerbsfähigen und innovativen Geschäft erreicht wird. Het belangrijkste doel van het project is het verlenen van de telegeneeskundedienst door het opzetten van een telegeneeskundesysteem, met inbegrip van een onlineplatform en de bijbehorende medische meters. De uitvoering van het project zal leiden tot de commercialisering van een dienst op twee van de thematische gebieden van het ESIS, namelijk: „ICT en Informatica” en „Industry for Healthy Life and Biotechnology”. De realisatie van het ondernemersidee zal mogelijk zijn door steun te verlenen aan de oprichting en ontwikkeling van „Algera BG” Ltd. als een nieuw opgericht bedrijf met hoofdactiviteit met code volgens KID: 62.09 Overige activiteiten op het gebied van informatietechnologie. Specifieke doelstellingen: — Moedig de ondernemer (vrouw 54 jaar oud) aan om zijn ondernemingsgedachte te realiseren om op het grondgebied van de wijk Sliven een telegeneeskundesysteem op te zetten, afhankelijk van dit project;-Inschakelen van het telegeneeskundesysteem om zowel de tijdelijke verzameling van een breed scala aan gegevens over een specifieke patiënt als de tijdige overdracht aan een behandelende of toezichthoudende arts mogelijk te maken en de mogelijkheid te bieden om op afstand de vitale prestaties van patiënten te monitoren (holtermonitoring);-Om de ondernemer in staat te stellen zijn ondernemersidee te realiseren en te ontwikkelen door een gekwalificeerd team in te schakelen en hoogtechnologische apparatuur aan te schaffen, zodat het idee van het bereiken van een hoogwaardige oplossing wordt bereikt met de best mogelijke, concurrerende en innovatieve onderneming. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di fornire il servizio di telemedicina attraverso l'istituzione di un sistema di telemedicina, comprendente una piattaforma online e i corrispondenti contatori medici. L'attuazione del progetto porterà alla commercializzazione di un servizio in due delle aree tematiche del SIS, vale a dire: "ICT and Informatics" e "Industry for Healthy Life and Biotechnology". La realizzazione dell'idea imprenditoriale sarà possibile fornendo supporto per la creazione e lo sviluppo di "Algera BG" Ltd. come società di nuova costituzione con principale attività economica con codice secondo KID: 62.09 Altre attività nel campo delle tecnologie dell'informazione. La ejecución del proyecto conducirá a la comercialización de un servicio en dos de los ámbitos temáticos de la ESIS, a saber: «TIC e Informática» e «Industria para una Vida Saludable y Biotecnología». La realización de la idea empresarial será posible mediante el apoyo a la creación y desarrollo de «Algera BG» Ltd. como una empresa de nueva creación con actividad económica principal con código según KID: 62.09 Otras actividades de tecnología de la información. Objetivos específicos: — Animar al empresario (mujer de 54 años) a realizar su idea empresarial de establecer un sistema de telemedicina en el territorio del distrito de Sliven, sujeto a este proyecto;-Permitir que el sistema de telemedicina permita tanto la recopilación momentánea de una amplia gama de datos sobre un paciente específico como la transmisión oportuna a un médico de tratamiento o supervisión y la posibilidad de un control remoto continuo en tiempo real del desempeño vital de los pacientes (monitoreo delholter);-Permitir al empresario realizar y desarrollar su idea empresarial mediante la contratación de un equipo cualificado y la compra de equipos de alta tecnología, de modo que la idea de lograr una solución de alta calidad se alcance con la mejor solución posible, competitiva e innovadora.
