Проектът предвижда предоставяне на подкрепа за разширяване на дейността на съществуващо звено за услуги за социално включване в общността и в домашна среда в Община Ивайловград. Възрастните хора и лицата с увреждания ще имат гарантирана възможност за избор на услуги и ще бъдат подпомагани при вземане на решение коя е услугата, която в максимална степен отговаря на техните потребности. Целта на проекта е подобряването качеството на живот и достъпа до услуги за социално включване в отговор на нуждите и потребностите на хора с увреждания и на хора над 65-годишна възраст в невъзможност за самообслужване за преодоляване на последиците от социалното изключване и бедността. Центърът ще предоставя следните интегрирани социални услуги - „Личен асистент”; „Социален асистент”; „Домашен помощник” и „Здравен асистент”. Проектът предвижда включване на 120 представители на двете целеви групи. Освен основните услуги ще им бъде предоставена и мотивационна , психологическа и друг вид подкрепа. За осъществяване дейността на Центъра ще се назначи следния персонал-Управител – 1; Психолог - 1; Социален работник - 1; Лекар/ фелдшер - 1; Физиотерапевт/ рехабилитататор - 1; Медиатор – 1; счетоводител – 1; шофьор - 1; техн. сътрудник - 1; За предоставяне на новите социални услуги на потребителите ще бъдат назначени: Личен асистент – 37 + 23 броя; Домашен помощник – 14 броя; Социален асистент – 4 броя; Здравен асистент – 2 броя. За екипа на Центъра ще бъдат предоставени - въвеждащо и надграждащо обучение и супервизия. Дейността им ще бъде подпомогната от разработване на Правила и методика за предлагане на предвидените социални услуги. За осигуряване на достъп за хора с увреждания ще бъде доставен специализиран автомобил.В резултат на изпълнение на дейностите ще се подобри качеството на живот на възрастните и лицата с увреждания . Ще се осигурят условия за независим живот и социално включване, при зачитане на правата им, съобразяване с техните възможности и специфични потребности. (Bulgarian)

Le projet soutient l’expansion de l’activité d’une unité de services existante pour l’inclusion sociale dans la communauté et dans un environnement familial dans la municipalité d’Ivaylovgrad. Das Projekt unterstützt die Ausweitung der Tätigkeit einer bestehenden Dienstleistungseinheit zur sozialen Inklusion in der Gemeinde und in einem häuslichen Umfeld in der Gemeinde Ivaylovgrad. Ältere Menschen und Menschen mit Behinderungen haben eine garantierte Auswahl an Dienstleistungen und werden bei der Entscheidung unterstützt, welche Dienstleistungen am besten ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Lebensqualität und den Zugang zu Dienstleistungen der sozialen Eingliederung zu verbessern, um den Bedürfnissen und Bedürfnissen von Menschen mit Behinderungen und von Menschen über 65 Jahren Rechnung zu tragen, die nicht in der Lage sind, die Folgen der sozialen Ausgrenzung und der Armut zu überwinden. Het project biedt ondersteuning voor de uitbreiding van de activiteit van een bestaande dienst voor sociale inclusie in de gemeenschap en in een thuisomgeving in de gemeente Ivaylovgrad.
