Настоящето проектно предложение представлява съвкупност от мерки, чрез изпълнението на които, ще се обезпечат всички дейности необходими за повишаване на енергийната ефективност в многофамилни жилщни сгради на територията на град Ивайловград, предмет на интервенция по проекта. Планираните дейности които ще доведат до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградите са:-Обследване за енергийна ефективност придружено от валиден сертификат;-Обследване за установяване на техническите характеристики, свързани с удовлетворяването на изискванията по чл.169 от ЗУТ в съответствие с изискванията , определени в глава трета на Наредба №5 от 2006 год. за техническите паспорти на строежите;- Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор);- Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите, изготвена като комплексен доклад от лицензирана фирма-консултант;- Дейности за информация и комуникация по проекта;- Дейности за информационни кампании;- Дейности за управление на проекта;- Одит на проекта.Проектът ще има засилен социален ефект. Неговото изпълнение ще допринесе за повишаване конкурентоспособността на района и създаване на предпоставки за подобряване на качеството на живот. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal is a set of measures, through the implementation of which will provide all the activities necessary to improve energy efficiency in multi-family residential buildings on the territory of the city of Ivaylovgrad, subject to project intervention. The planned activities that will lead to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the buildings are:-Energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid certificate;-A survey to establish the technical characteristics related to the fulfilment of the requirements of Art.169 ZUT in accordance with the requirements laid down in Chapter 3 of Ordinance No 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of construction works;- Engineering (design, construction and author’s supervision);- Construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for construction works, prepared as a complex report by a licensed consulting company;- Information and communication activities under the project;- Information campaign activities;- Project management activities;- Project audit.The project will have an enhanced social impact. Its implementation will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the area and creating conditions for improving the quality of life. (English)

Cette proposition de projet est un ensemble de mesures, à travers la mise en œuvre de laquelle toutes les activités nécessaires à l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique dans les bâtiments résidentiels multifamiliaux sur le territoire de la ville d’Ivaylovgrad, sous réserve de l’intervention du projet. Les activités prévues qui permettront d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments sont les suivantes:-Audit d’efficacité énergétique accompagné d’un certificat en cours de validité;- Une enquête visant à établir les caractéristiques techniques liées au respect des exigences de l’article 169 ZUT conformément aux exigences énoncées au chapitre 3 de l’ordonnance no 5 de 2006 sur les passeports techniques des travaux de construction;- Ingénierie (conception, construction et supervision de l’auteur);- Surveillance de la construction et évaluation de la conformité du projet d’investissement avec les exigences essentielles pour les travaux de construction, préparée en tant que rapport complexe par une société de conseil agréée;- Activités d’information et de communication dans le cadre du projet;- Activités de campagne d’information;- Activités de gestion du projet;- Audit du projet.Le projet aura un impact social renforcé. Sa mise en œuvre contribuera à améliorer la compétitivité de la région et à créer les conditions nécessaires à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie. (French)

Bei diesem Projektvorschlag handelt es sich um eine Reihe von Maßnahmen, die zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz in Mehrfamilienwohngebäuden auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Ivaylovgrad, vorbehaltlich der Projektintervention, durchgeführt werden. Die geplanten Tätigkeiten, die zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz der Gebäude führen, sind:-Energieeffizienz-Audit mit gültigem Zertifikat;-Eine Erhebung zur Ermittlung der technischen Merkmale im Zusammenhang mit der Erfüllung der Anforderungen des Art.169 ZUT gemäß den Anforderungen des Kapitels 3 der Verordnung Nr. 5 von 2006 über die technischen Pässe von Bauarbeiten;- Ingenieurwesen (Design, Bau und Aufsicht des Urhebers);- Bauaufsicht und Bewertung der Übereinstimmung des Investitionsvorhabens mit den wesentlichen Anforderungen an Bauarbeiten, erstellt als komplexer Bericht eines lizenzierten Beratungsunternehmens;- Informations- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts;- Informationskampagnen;- Projektmanagementaktivitäten;- Projektprüfung.Das Projekt wird eine stärkere soziale Wirkung haben. Ihre Umsetzung wird dazu beitragen, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Gebiets zu verbessern und Bedingungen für die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität zu schaffen. (German)

Dit projectvoorstel is een reeks maatregelen die alle activiteiten omvatten die nodig zijn om de energie-efficiëntie van meergezinswoningen op het grondgebied van de stad Ivaylovgrad te verbeteren, onder voorbehoud van projectinterventie. De geplande activiteiten die zullen leiden tot een verbetering van de energie-efficiëntie van de gebouwen zijn:-Energie-efficiëntieaudit vergezeld van een geldig certificaat;- Een onderzoek om de technische kenmerken vast te stellen met betrekking tot de naleving van de eisen van artikel 169 ZUT overeenkomstig de eisen van hoofdstuk 3 van Verordening nr. 5 van 2006 betreffende de technische paspoorten van bouwwerken;- Engineering (ontwerp, bouw en toezicht door de auteur);- toezicht op de bouw en beoordeling van de conformiteit van het investeringsproject met de essentiële eisen voor bouwwerken; opgesteld als een complex rapport door een erkend adviesbureau;- Informatie- en communicatieactiviteiten in het kader van het project;- Informatiecampagneactiviteiten;- Projectmanagementactiviteiten;- Projectaudit.Het project zal een grotere sociale impact hebben. Questa proposta di progetto è una serie di misure, attraverso la cui realizzazione fornirà tutte le attività necessarie per migliorare l'efficienza energetica in edifici residenziali multifamiliari sul territorio della città di Ivaylovgrad, soggetto all'intervento del progetto. Le attività previste che porteranno al miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica degli edifici sono:-Audito di efficienza energetica accompagnato da un certificato valido;- Un'indagine per stabilire le caratteristiche tecniche relative al rispetto dei requisiti di cui all'articolo 169 ZUT conformemente ai requisiti di cui al capo 3 dell'ordinanza n. 5 del 2006 sui passaporti tecnici delle opere di costruzione;- ingegneria (progettazione, costruzione e supervisione dell'autore);- supervisione e valutazione della conformità del progetto di investimento ai requisiti essenziali per le opere di costruzione, preparato come relazione complessa da una società di consulenza autorizzata;- Attività di informazione e comunicazione nell'ambito del progetto;- Attività di campagna di informazione;- Attività di gestione del progetto;- Audit del progetto.Il progetto avrà un impatto sociale potenziato. Esta propuesta de proyecto es un conjunto de medidas, a través de las cuales se proporcionarán todas las actividades necesarias para mejorar la eficiencia energética en edificios residenciales multifamiliares en el territorio de la ciudad de Ivaylovgrad, sujeto a la intervención del proyecto. Las actividades previstas que conducirán a la mejora de la eficiencia energética de los edificios son:-auditoría de eficiencia energética acompañada de un certificado válido;- Un estudio para determinar las características técnicas relacionadas con el cumplimiento de los requisitos del artículo 169 de la ZUT de conformidad con los requisitos establecidos en el capítulo 3 de la Orden n.º 5 de 2006 sobre los pasaportes técnicos de las obras de construcción;- Ingeniería (diseño, construcción y supervisión del autor);- Supervisión de la construcción y evaluación de la conformidad del proyecto de inversión con los requisitos esenciales de las obras de construcción, preparado como un informe complejo por una empresa consultora autorizada;- Actividades de información y comunicación en el marco del proyecto;- Actividades de campaña de información;- Actividades de gestión de proyectos;- Auditoría del proyecto.
