    Дружеството стартира своята дейност през октомври 1994 година в областта на търговията с хранителни стоки и ресторантьорство. Социалната политика на "ПЛАМЕН ПЕТРОВ - П" ООД е обвързана със знанието, че основният и най-ценен ресурс на всяка фирма – това са нейните служители. Поради тази причина и с цел повишаване на възможностите на фирмата, посредством настоящото проектно предложение"ПЛАМЕН ПЕТРОВ - П" ООД планира сключването на 22 бр. трудови договора. Предвижда се минимум 50% от наетите да бъдат от допустимите по настоящата процедура целеви групи. Цели се запазването на работните места за 12 месеца на минимум 11 от наетите лица, след приключване на дейностите по проекта, осигуряване на подходяща работна среда, чрез закупуване на оборудване, необходимо за успешното изпълнение на професионалните задължения и извършване на обучения. Тези дейности ще доведат до очакваните резултати от повишаване на конкурентоспособността на фирмата и подобряване на пазарните й позиции. В проектното предложение са застъпени и трите хоризонтални принципа. (Bulgarian)

    The company started its activity in October 1994 in the field of food trade and food services. The social policy of PLAMEN PETROV-P Ltd. is bound by the knowledge that the main and most valuable resource of each company — these are its employees. For this reason, and in order to increase the company’s capabilities, through the present project proposal PLAMEN PETROV-P OOD is planning to conclude 22 employment contracts. It is foreseen that at least 50 % of the employees will be among the target groups eligible under this procedure. The aim is to keep jobs for 12 months for a minimum of 11 of the employees, once the project activities have been completed, to provide a suitable working environment, by purchasing equipment necessary for the successful performance of professional duties and carrying out trainings. These activities will lead to the expected results of increasing the company’s competitiveness and improving its market position. The project proposal addresses all three horizontal principles.     L’entreprise a commencé son activité en octobre 1994 dans le domaine du commerce alimentaire et des services alimentaires. La politique sociale de PLAMEN PETROV-P Ltd. est liée par la connaissance que la ressource principale et la plus précieuse de chaque entreprise — ce sont ses employés. Pour cette raison, et afin d’accroître les capacités de l’entreprise, PLAMEN PETROV-P OOD prévoit, grâce à la présente proposition de projet, de conclure 22 contrats de travail. Il est prévu qu’au moins 50 % des salariés feront partie des groupes cibles éligibles dans le cadre de cette procédure. L’objectif est de maintenir les emplois pendant 12 mois pour un minimum de 11 employés, une fois les activités du projet terminées, afin de fournir un environnement de travail approprié, en achetant les équipements nécessaires à l’accomplissement de tâches professionnelles et en assurant des formations. Ces activités déboucheront sur les résultats escomptés d’une augmentation de la compétitivité de l’entreprise et d’une amélioration de sa position sur le marché.     Das Unternehmen begann seine Tätigkeit im Oktober 1994 auf dem Gebiet des Lebensmittelhandels und der Lebensmitteldienstleistungen. Die Sozialpolitik der PLAMEN PETROV-P Ltd. ist an das Wissen gebunden, dass die wichtigste und wertvollste Ressource jedes Unternehmens – das sind seine Mitarbeiter. Aus diesem Grund plant PLAMEN PETROV-P OOD, um die Leistungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu erhöhen, mit dem vorliegenden Projektvorschlag 22 Arbeitsverträge zu schließen. Es ist vorgesehen, dass mindestens 50 % der Beschäftigten zu den Zielgruppen gehören, die nach diesem Verfahren förderfähig sind. Ziel ist es, nach Abschluss der Projektaktivitäten 12 Monate lang Arbeitsplätze für mindestens 11 Mitarbeiter zu halten, um ein geeignetes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen, indem die für die erfolgreiche Ausübung der beruflichen Tätigkeit erforderlichen Ausrüstungsgegenstände gekauft und Schulungen durchgeführt werden. Diese Aktivitäten werden zu den erwarteten Ergebnissen führen, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu steigern und seine Marktposition zu verbessern.     Het bedrijf is in oktober 1994 begonnen met haar activiteiten op het gebied van voedselhandel en voedseldiensten. Het sociaal beleid van PLAMEN PETROV-P Ltd. is gebonden aan de wetenschap dat de belangrijkste en meest waardevolle hulpbron van elk bedrijf — dit zijn haar werknemers. Om deze reden, en om de capaciteiten van het bedrijf te vergroten, is PLAMEN PETROV-P OOD via het huidige projectvoorstel van plan 22 arbeidsovereenkomsten te sluiten. Naar verwachting behoort ten minste 50 % van de werknemers tot de doelgroepen die voor deze procedure in aanmerking komen. Het doel is om een baan van ten minste 11 van de werknemers gedurende 12 maanden te behouden, zodra de projectactiviteiten zijn voltooid, om een geschikte werkomgeving te bieden, door de aanschaf van apparatuur die nodig is voor de succesvolle uitvoering van professionele taken en het uitvoeren van opleidingen. Deze activiteiten zullen leiden tot de verwachte resultaten van het vergroten van het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming en het verbeteren van haar marktpositie.     L'azienda ha iniziato la sua attività nell'ottobre 1994 nel settore del commercio alimentare e dei servizi alimentari. La politica sociale di PLAMEN PETROV-P Ltd. è vincolata dalla consapevolezza che la risorsa principale e più preziosa di ogni azienda — questi sono i suoi dipendenti. Per questo motivo, e al fine di aumentare le capacità dell'azienda, attraverso la presente proposta di progetto PLAMEN PETROV-P OOD prevede di stipulare 22 contratti di lavoro. Si prevede che almeno il 50 % dei dipendenti sarà tra i gruppi destinatari ammissibili nell'ambito di questa procedura. L'obiettivo è quello di mantenere i posti di lavoro per un minimo di 12 mesi per un minimo di 11 dipendenti, una volta completate le attività del progetto, per fornire un ambiente di lavoro adeguato, acquistando le attrezzature necessarie per l'efficace svolgimento delle mansioni professionali e svolgendo corsi di formazione. Queste attività porteranno ai risultati attesi di aumentare la competitività dell'impresa e di migliorare la sua posizione di mercato.     La empresa inició su actividad en octubre de 1994 en el ámbito del comercio de alimentos y los servicios alimentarios. La política social de PLAMEN PETROV-P Ltd. está vinculada por el conocimiento de que el recurso principal y más valioso de cada empresa son sus empleados. Por este motivo, y con el fin de aumentar las capacidades de la empresa, a través de la presente propuesta de proyecto PLAMEN PETROV-P OOD tiene previsto celebrar 22 contratos de trabajo. Está previsto que al menos el 50 % de los trabajadores figuren entre los grupos destinatarios elegibles en virtud de este procedimiento. El objetivo es mantener el empleo durante 12 meses durante un mínimo de 11 de los empleados, una vez terminadas las actividades del proyecto, a fin de proporcionar un entorno de trabajo adecuado, mediante la adquisición de los equipos necesarios para el buen desempeño de las funciones profesionales y la realización de la formación. Estas actividades conducirán a los resultados esperados de aumentar la competitividad de la empresa y mejorar su posición en el mercado.
