Amon wil met dit project de interne HR instrumenten aanpassen aan het holacracymodel en volop inzetten op een werkomgeving en -cultuur van teamdenken en teamwerken, met sterke interne communicatie, veel oog en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een goede work-life balans. Dit moet ons toelaten om samen met de medewerkers te groeien (Dutch)
