Проектът предвижда мерки за осигуряване на активно участие на ДППИ в процеса на програмиране и подготовка на проекти и дейности през следващия програмен период, които да бъдат реализирани своевременно. Проектът е структуриран в шест взаимосвързани дейности: Дейност 1- " Изготвяне на предпроектни проучвания за идентифицирани проекти", Дейност 2- "Изготвяне на Анализи разходи ползи, Дейност 3- "Изготвяне на документи за ОВОС", Дейност 4- "Изготвяне на документи за кандидатстване за финансиране"; Дейност 5 - "Подготовка на тръжна документация за избор на изпълнител" и Дейност 6- "Управление на проекта". Към настоящия момент ДППИ е идентифицирал своите проектни предложения от ключова важност за следващия програмен период. По проекта ще се изготвят необходимите проучвания, анализи и др. необходими документи за стартиране на набор от проекти в новия оперативен период 2021 - 2027 г. и възможно най-ранно започване на проектни дейности. Срокът за изпълнение на проекта е 36 месеца - начало от месец септември 2020 г. (Bulgarian)

The project provides for measures to ensure the active participation of BPIH in the process of programming and preparation of projects and activities in the next programming period, to be implemented in due course. The project is structured into six interconnected activities: Activity 1- 'Preparation of feasibility studies for identified projects', Action 2- 'Preparation of cost-benefit analyses, Action 3- 'Preparation of EIA documents', Action 4- 'Preparation of documents for applications for funding’; Activity 5 — Preparation of tender documentation for selection of contractor and Action 6 — Project management. To date, BIE has identified its project proposals of key importance for the next programming period. The project will prepare the necessary studies, analyses, etc. necessary for launching a set of projects in the new operational period 2021-2027 and starting project activities as early as possible. The deadline for implementation of the project is 36 months — beginning in September 2020. (English)

Le projet prévoit des mesures visant à garantir la participation active du BPIH au processus de programmation et de préparation des projets et activités au cours de la prochaine période de programmation, à mettre en œuvre en temps utile. Le projet est structuré en six activités interconnectées: Activité 1- «Préparation d’études de faisabilité pour les projets identifiés», action 2 «Préparation d’analyses coûts-bénéfices», action 3 «Préparation des documents d’EIE», action 4- «Préparation des documents de demande de financement»; Activité 5 — Préparation de la documentation relative à l’appel d’offres pour la sélection du contractant et action 6 — Gestion de projet. À ce jour, BIE a identifié ses propositions de projets d’une importance capitale pour la prochaine période de programmation. Le projet préparera les études, analyses, etc. nécessaires au lancement d’un ensemble de projets au cours de la nouvelle période opérationnelle 2021-2027 et au démarrage des activités du projet le plus tôt possible. Das Projekt sieht Maßnahmen vor, um die aktive Beteiligung des BPIH an der Programmierung und Vorbereitung von Projekten und Aktivitäten im nächsten Programmplanungszeitraum sicherzustellen, die zu gegebener Zeit umgesetzt werden sollen. Das Projekt gliedert sich in sechs miteinander verbundene Aktivitäten: Maßnahme 1 – "Vorbereitung von Durchführbarkeitsstudien für identifizierte Projekte", Aktion 2- "Vorbereitung von Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen, Aktion 3- "Vorbereitung von UVP-Dokumenten", Aktion 4- "Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Förderanträge“; Aktivität 5 – Vorbereitung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen für die Auswahl des Auftragnehmers und Maßnahme 6 – Projektmanagement. Bisher hat das BIE seine Projektvorschläge von zentraler Bedeutung für den nächsten Programmplanungszeitraum ermittelt. Das Projekt wird die notwendigen Studien, Analysen usw. vorbereiten, die erforderlich sind, um eine Reihe von Projekten im neuen operationellen Zeitraum 2021-2027 zu starten und Projektaktivitäten so früh wie möglich einzuleiten. Het project voorziet in maatregelen om ervoor te zorgen dat BPIH actief deelneemt aan het programmerings- en voorbereidingsproces van projecten en activiteiten in de volgende programmeringsperiode, die te zijner tijd moeten worden uitgevoerd. Het project bestaat uit zes onderling verbonden activiteiten: Activiteit 1 — "Voorbereiding van haalbaarheidsstudies voor bepaalde projecten", actie 2- "Voorbereiding van kosten-batenanalyses, actie 3 "Voorbereiding van MEB-documenten", actie 4 "Voorbereiding van documenten voor financieringsaanvragen”; Activiteit 5 — Voorbereiding van aanbestedingsdocumenten voor de selectie van contractanten en actie 6 — Projectbeheer. Tot op heden heeft BIE haar projectvoorstellen van cruciaal belang voor de volgende programmeringsperiode vastgesteld. Het project zal de nodige studies, analyses, enz. voorbereiden die nodig zijn om in de nieuwe operationele periode 2021-2027 een reeks projecten te starten en zo vroeg mogelijk projectactiviteiten te starten. Il progetto prevede misure volte a garantire la partecipazione attiva del BPIH al processo di programmazione e preparazione dei progetti e delle attività nel prossimo periodo di programmazione, da attuare a tempo debito. Il progetto si articola in sei attività interconnesse: Attività 1- "Preparazione di studi di fattibilità per progetti individuati", azione 2- "Preparazione di analisi costi-benefici, azione 3-"Preparazione dei documenti VIA", azione 4-"Preparazione dei documenti per le domande di finanziamento"; Attività 5 — Preparazione della documentazione di gara per la selezione del contraente e azione 6 — Gestione del progetto. Ad oggi, il BIE ha individuato le sue proposte di progetti di importanza fondamentale per il prossimo periodo di programmazione. Il progetto preparerà gli studi, le analisi, ecc. necessari per avviare una serie di progetti nel nuovo periodo operativo 2021-2027 e avviare quanto prima le attività del progetto. El proyecto está estructurado en seis actividades interconectadas: Actividad 1 — «Preparación de estudios de viabilidad para proyectos identificados», acción 2 — «Preparación de análisis coste-beneficio, acción 3-»Preparación de documentos de EIA«, acción 4 —»Preparación de documentos para las solicitudes de financiación»; Actividad 5 — Preparación de la documentación de licitación para la selección del contratista y acción 6 — Gestión del proyecto.
