    Statements

    Изграждането на социални жилища ще се осъществи в сгради, общинска собственост представляващи многофамилна жилищна сграда (бл. № 20) с идентификатор 55871.507.299.13, на 6 етажа и многофамилна жилищна сграда (бл. № 21) с идентификатор 55871.507.299.14, на 6 етажа. Сградите се намират в кв. Тева, който изцяло попада в границите на Зоната с преобладаващ социален характер като част от ИПГВР на гр. Перник. Обектът ще бъде възложен на инженериг (проектиране, авторски надзор и строителство). Социалните жилища ще бъдат предназначени за лица от уязвими, малцинствени и социално слаби, маргинализирани групи от населението и други групи в неравностойно положение, които нямат собствено жилище и не могат да си позволят жилище под наем на пазарни цени. Физическото местонахождение на строителството осигурява пространствена интеграция на маргинализираните групи в обществото, като осигурява техническа, социална и образователна инфраструктура. По отношение на този тип социална инфраструктура, общината изпълнява възложеното й по закон задължение, а именно провеждането на социална политика на местно ниво. (Bulgarian)

    The construction of social housing will take place in municipal-owned buildings representing a multi-family residential building (blo. No 20) with ID 55871.507.299.13, on 6 floors and a multi-family residential building (block No 21) with ID 55871.507.299.14, on 6 floors. The buildings are located in the district. Teva, which falls entirely within the boundaries of the area with a predominant social character as part of the ICPLD of the town of Pernik. The site will be awarded to Engineering (design, author’s supervision and construction). Social housing will be designed for people from vulnerable, minority and socially disadvantaged groups, marginalised and other disadvantaged groups who do not have their own housing and cannot afford rented housing at market prices. The physical location of construction ensures spatial integration of marginalised groups into society, providing technical, social and educational infrastructure. With regard to this type of social infrastructure, the municipality fulfils the obligation incumbent on it by law, namely the implementation of a social policy at local level. (English)

    La construction de logements sociaux aura lieu dans des bâtiments municipaux représentant un immeuble résidentiel multifamilial (no 20) portant la pièce ID 55871.507.299.13, sur 6 étages, et un immeuble résidentiel multifamilial (bloc no 21) portant le numéro ID 55871.507.299.14, sur 6 étages. Les bâtiments sont situés dans le quartier. Teva, qui se situe entièrement dans les limites de la zone à caractère social prédominant dans le cadre de la ICPLD de la ville de Pernik. Le site sera attribué à l’Ingénierie (conception, supervision de l’auteur et construction). Le logement social sera conçu pour les personnes appartenant à des groupes vulnérables, minoritaires et socialement défavorisés, à des groupes marginalisés et à d’autres groupes défavorisés qui n’ont pas leur propre logement et qui n’ont pas les moyens de se payer un logement loué aux prix du marché. L’emplacement physique de la construction garantit l’intégration spatiale des groupes marginalisés dans la société, en fournissant des infrastructures techniques, sociales et éducatives. En ce qui concerne ce type d’infrastructures sociales, la municipalité remplit l’obligation qui lui incombe par la loi, à savoir la mise en œuvre d’une politique sociale au niveau local. (French)

Teva, die im Rahmen der ICPLD der Stadt Pernik vollständig in die Grenzen des Gebiets mit einem vorherrschenden sozialen Charakter fällt. Die Website wird an Engineering (Design, Autorenaufsicht und Bau) vergeben. Der soziale Wohnungsbau wird für Menschen aus benachteiligten, Minderheiten und sozial benachteiligten Gruppen, marginalisierten und anderen benachteiligten Gruppen konzipiert, die keinen eigenen Wohnraum haben und keine Mietwohnungen zu Marktpreisen leisten können. Der physische Standort des Baus gewährleistet die räumliche Integration marginalisierter Gruppen in die Gesellschaft und bietet technische, soziale und pädagogische Infrastruktur. In Bezug auf diese Art der sozialen Infrastruktur erfüllt die Gemeinde die ihr gesetzlich obliegende Verpflichtung, nämlich die Umsetzung einer Sozialpolitik auf lokaler Ebene. (German)

    De bouw van sociale woningen vindt plaats in gemeentelijke gebouwen die een meergezinswoning vertegenwoordigen (b.v. nr. 20) met ID 55871.507.299.13, op 6 verdiepingen en een meergezinswoning (blok nr. 21) met ID 55871.507.299.14, op 6 verdiepingen. De gebouwen bevinden zich in de wijk. Teva, dat volledig binnen de grenzen van het gebied valt met een overheersend sociaal karakter als onderdeel van de ICPLD van de stad Pernik. De site wordt toegekend aan Engineering (ontwerp, auteurstoezicht en bouw). Sociale huisvesting zal worden ontworpen voor mensen uit kwetsbare, minderheids- en sociaal achtergestelde groepen, gemarginaliseerde en andere kansarme groepen die geen eigen huisvesting hebben en die zich niet tegen marktprijzen kunnen veroorloven. De fysieke locatie van de bouw zorgt voor ruimtelijke integratie van gemarginaliseerde groepen in de samenleving, die technische, sociale en onderwijsinfrastructuur biedt. Los edificios están situados en el distrito. Teva, que se encuentra totalmente dentro de los límites de la zona con un carácter social predominante como parte de la ICPLD de la ciudad de Pernik.
